I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. I was quoted 158 for this job the day prior over the phone and I confirmed at the start of the appointment if that would be the price. My brakes were in poor shape, missing a brake pad on one side and the mechanics spent an extra 15-20 mins working on my cylinder. At the end of the job, Chris informed me that they got air on the line and would have to bleed the brakes. (I've always had my brakes bled at the end of any brake job so this is standard for me to have done whenever I get my breaks done. They told me this would be an extra 120 dollars at the end of the job. My father is a mechanic and said that price was a little high just to bleed the brakes and was very familiar with the procedure. He told me "go call your dad and ask him to send you more money." When I asked if they could take 20 bucks off and knock the price down to 100 from 120 he asked me to tell him how old I was which I thought was rude and uncalled for. I told him I was 30 and he proceeded to say "wow you look 18" and said "one day you're going to have to learn that everything in life isn't free sweetheart." When I went to his office to pay he also said I'm going to have to buy him lunch because they spent extra time working on my car than they planned. Disgusting behavior. I would not recommend this shop to any woman (or really anyone) unless you want to be taken advantage of and upsold. They ended up bleeding one brake so my car would be somewhat drivable. My interior dashboard was also scratched up when I got my car back from them.

They told me they were going to replace parts that don't need to be replaced at all, as well as they might even have to total my car. My car is currently valued at over 30k with about 6k worth of damages. Totaling my car is an absolute scam, and although they do have good reviews, there are also lots of reviews saying basically the same thing I'm saying here, but thank GOD I got out before working with them or signing anything. What really drove me away though was the fact that the person who did my "estimate" wasn't even a tech, and was extremely inconsiderate and rude. My car is fairly new so of course I was upset about the damage, and was just looking to get an idea of what a repair would look like. The woman kept reiterating "wow, this is a new car" over and over again after I told her multiple times that I was very upset regarding damage to a new car and nicely explaining that "yes, I understand it is a newer car." It felt as though she was belittling me the entire time, and then quoted me almost 20k worth of damage. When I expressed that I felt that was high, she insisted that if I went anywhere else that I would be making a mistake and accused me of trying to "cheap out" on a repair. She kept trying to tell me that I should go with them because they are "Honda certified" but there are plenty of other Honda certified repair shops that didn't quote me near this much or treat me with such inconsideration. Fortunately or unfortunately, I've had cars repaired before and I'm not naive to the process but this was hands down THE most unprofessional experience I've ever had.

With no work done on my car. Second off, I had to go back to them multiple times to fix their lack of attention to their own work they did on my car. Like rushing an oil pan replacement. Not letting the silicone dry, causing me to spend hundreds of more dollars that I couldn't afford. All due to them rushing my services. Not only this but they would schedule work on my car but then would be bombarded with other companies using them to fix their cars and leave me to wait several more hours than promised because their priority was not on my scheduled fix. As well as replacing my shocks and then having to find out that my shocks were leaking. Nothing to do with how my car was but the amount of times I've had to go back to them to fix their OWN work was so so so ridiculous. As a business, they need to have a more organized business that does not treat customers like they are an inconvenience and need to do simple fixes right the first time. Not the 3rd time. I was very flexible and kind to them just to be paying them so much more than what the job actually costed doing it just one time. Communication skills with this business is also very poor. I was convinced that they were ignoring my calls. Respectfully this business has caused me way more amounts of stress and money than to be fixing any of my past issues with that car.
