    I have not purchased many cars in my life, and this was my first Subaru, but I must assume that my experience at Williams was top notch. I bought my BRZ completely online and the process and communication could not have been easier. However, this paled in comparison to the experience once I arrived to take delivery,. I coordinated with the sales team to plan a trip to Charlotte (I live in Raleigh) and they were very easy to work with. There was still a fair amount of trying to upsell me various admins, but probably less than there would be elsewhere. The followups after the purchase were also must appreciated, especially considering this was all done remotely as I live three hours away. Thank you all! This was a great experience!

    This was a very smooth purchasing experience at Williams Subaru. I had purchased my previous Subarus at another local dealer, but didn't like the very aggressive approach of the new turnover of sales reps nor the lack of communication. So, I went to Williams to test drive one of the only available Outback Onyx trim levels in the area. Kaetlyn was very easy-going yet professional and let me test drive several different models and trim levels, including a Wilderness when it came in. I ordered my outback in December, and it was delivered as promised three months later (covid supply chain) . Going into the dealership was painless:there was no bullshit or mark ups. The finance department beat the rate I had already secured elsewhere, and they were not pushy with the add-ons, although presented them to me. Hannah was very approachable for after-purchase Q&A and took on the admin responsibility of notifying me when my tag and registration came in.This dealership had what I would expect as a "Subie.Vibe." I would recommend them, and I will purchase my next vehicle here when the time comes! Note: this is my 5th Subaru over the past 20 years, so I have some Subie purchasing experience

    After traveling to 3 other auto sales locations, we finally found a place that would listen and hear what we were looking for. The whole crew was very receptive and not pushy. Our Sales Rep. Aimee Clark did an amazing job of listening to what we were looking for And help arranging a sale that we were comfortable with. It was just the perfect Honda CR-V we were looking for at the right price!

On my very first interaction, I was paired with an excellent service specialist, David Owen. His courtesy, efficiency and attention to detail are unmatched. I have used other service reps at this dealership when David is on vacation, and while all the reps have been polite, David goes the extra mile. On my last visit just before the Thanksgiving holiday, I told him about everything that was happening, but I felt I was forgetting something. After picking my car up on Thanksgiving day, I realized I'd forgotten to get a state inspection. I texted David, who told me to drop by anytime within a specific window. I came first thing on a Tuesday morning on my way to work. I told David that if I needed to pick it up after work, I would. He assured me he would let the technicians know that he needed an expedited inspection and get me off to work on time. Sure enough, David delivered. The inspection was completed promptly, and I made it to work ahead of schedule. Always a great experience here with David. They have a fantastic lounge with hot and cold self-serve beverages if you ever need to wait with your vehicle. They also have an excellent shuttle service and loaner program for service on the go. I would highly recommend them for your BMW service.

    Dishonest, Predatory, and Completely Unethical - Avoid East Charlotte Nissan…read moreMy experience with East Charlotte Nissan was shockingly deceptive from start to finish. I purchased a 2024 Nissan Kicks on May 8, 2026, and what should have been a straightforward transaction quickly turned into one of the most unethical dealership encounters I've ever had. To begin with, the salesperson verbally promised me a "3‑day, 300‑mile return policy" to pressure me into signing. This policy does not exist. I relied on that promise when agreeing to the purchase, only to find out afterwards that it was completely fabricated. That alone is unacceptable. But it gets worse. Shortly after the purchase, I experienced a sudden change in my employment status that directly affected my ability to qualify for the financing. I immediately notified both the lender and the dealership. Instead of acting responsibly under a conditional delivery agreement, East Charlotte Nissan rushed to process and fund the loan within just 3 hours of the next business day--despite being told the financial information was no longer accurate. It's hard to interpret that as anything other than a deliberate attempt to avoid having to unwind the transaction. I wanted to return the vehicle in perfect condition with all keys and documents, and requested that the deal be voided. Rather than handling the situation professionally, the dealership made the process unnecessarily difficult and dismissive. Between the false return-policy promise, the high-pressure tactics, the intentional rush to force a loan through, and the attempt to charge me lot fees just to return the car, East Charlotte Nissan has shown a complete disregard for honesty, ethics, and basic consumer protection. I am now filing formal complaints with the North Carolina Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, the DMV Dealer Licensing Board, and Nissan North America. If you value transparency, integrity, or even the bare minimum of ethical behavior, do not buy from East Charlotte Nissan. There are plenty of dealerships in Charlotte that don't rely on deception and predatory tactics to make a sale.

And when I arrived the vehicle was there and in great condition! Rich was a great salesperson to sit with and Carl was prompt with the financial paperwork when closing the deal. Not a huge deal on its face, talked to one of the sales guys about knocking some money off the price so that I can do the repairs required. I was told they could do some minor work, but would not budge an inch on the price because, "We price our cars to market and this is the lowest possible price we can sell the car at." Keep in mind, this is car has been on the lot for nearly 3 months as of today and over two months at the time I looked at it. Price when I went in was $15,750. Didn't buy the car. Two weeks later, price on website was $15,000. So apparently they could go down and did not want to. Now, as of today, the same car that has been on their lot for nearly three months is listed for $16,500. Where does this pricing come from? This car lot does not negotiate, treats their used cars like liquid gold without wanting to do repairs, and fluctuates their pricing like the stock market in a panic. Also, what car dealer tacks on $1,500 to the price of a car after it has been sitting on the lot for three months?? Solimar was very nice and pleasant. Great person! Business model is shady. Stay away. First photo is from the day I looked at it, second priced at $16,500 is from 15 minutes ago.
