I thanked the service writer, asked for a copy and bought it to Compact. Two of the eleven were "Do it now" required. 7 were done as needed over the next 50 or so thousand miles. AND 120,000 miles later, two of the recommendations on that clipboard never came to pass. I can't begin to calculate my savings. But what is priceless is knowing I'm family and in good hands.

I had to get something from them but decided to get a few other things while I'm in there but I really have to go pee and I cannot take my time and shop for multiple items if I really have to go, so I asked the old blonde lady and the mid age black guy wearing the "tacticool" American flag patch baseball cap if I could please use their restroom since I cannot think clearly. Well they didn't care, they are still using the COVID as an excuse, meanwhile none of the employees are wearing mask anymore. So I went next door to their competition and use their bathroom and had to go back to at least get washer fluid that the competitor did not had and they look at me and went like "oh he is back". Yeah well not for your great customer service just for the one thing that I needed most and done. I will not go back to that location. The stallings one is way better.
