The moped & Grom with Harry showing my husband the ins and outs of his new bike

Came here to first get a moped, then came back to trade it in for a motorcycle and every one here was awesome! Brad gave us an amazing deal, Dave was so kind and efficient getting all the paperwork done to complete the sale, and Harry was so helpful with tips and making sure we knew how everything worked with the bike. They were all extremely knowledgeable and most of all, straight up. No gimmicks, no trying to take extra money, just as understanding and upfront as they could be. We highly recommend!

Very friendly and relatable staff at Full Throttle. I felt very comfortable with everyone I talked to when I picked up my ride. Jason Pinger and David Polk were like friends I'd never met and my purchase experience was short and smooth. They went out of their way to get my bike, and I greatly appreciate them.

The young guy wrote my serial number down on the invoice right in front of me. Also wrote my name, number, type of 4 wheeler, and what I wanted to be fixed. After almost 2 months of waiting on a "part" to come in, I called to inform them I would be coming to retrieve my property. I told them I would pay for any work they had already preformed. I was told at that time the "part" had finally came in and they was almost done. Waited another week, still no call from them. Called them back (this was on a Wednesday) to be told my 4 wheeler had be stolen out of their shop the previous Friday. I go up there to talk to these people face to face, because I'm really not believing a word they are telling me. I asked about camera video, an alarm system and I'm told they don't have either. And they say they are not liable for my property if it was stolen. And out of all the light weight dirt bikes in that shop, my rancher 350 4 wheeler was the only thing missing. They also tell me if I don't have the serial number there is no way to prove ownership. I reminded them they wrote the number on my invoice. The man said no we don't have the number. I had them get my paperwork, and it showed they had scribbled out the number. When asked why, they said oh that was where I wrote a part number down. I was like dude I saw the other guy with my own eyes find the numbers on the 4 wheeler and write them in that same spot on the invoice. Long story short I told them I would see them in court. Well I get a call today offering me $1500 not to go to court! And the police report states the item was stolen Saturday not Friday. These people are dirty I would not do any business with these scum bags!!!

Worked with Romy (by the way 5 stars for that guy). He was pretty patient after weeks of phone…read moretag. Finally I came in and looked at some numbers but I knew what bike I wanted. Romy was very knowledgeable on sales deals how to get the numbers right to get me on a bike. I was able to squeeze in an exhaust to lessen the expense of adding it latter thanks to him and purchased the bike. Bought it on 4-09-26 The bike is awesome sales was great! The only wiff in the mix right now is I was told usually the exhaust takes about a week to arrive so if I put 600 miles on the bike I could knock out the service and get the exhaust on the bike to get right back on the bike. Of course I'm excited so I put 600 miles on in 4 days!!!... I called Romy, think that's who I should call, to schedule and make sure the exhaust would be there cause I was gonna bring it by on the 14th... but I should have called service to schedual the first service... also after just buying a car I thought first service is free especially on what I thought would just be a check up. But no Ducati does not run a program like that I was informed:/ but that's on me for assuming! Once I talked to service about the exhaust and service he was very helpful and gave me a date to bring it in. It's not this weekend or next weekend but shortly after which is a bit of a bummer. Knowing that I wanted to do both he wanted to check with parts on the exhaust arrival. 5 stars for service for listening and understanding what my goals were and squeezing me in. From what I understand April is a hectic bike repair season! Making sure I realigned my expectations I reached out to parts. In parts I spoke to Michelle ( 5 stars for her too!) Michelle went the extra mile and found my info, reached out to get in touch with the shipper, stepped over to Romy make sure everything is up to date. Called me back in literally 5 minuets and updated me that tracking was confirmed and the exhaust would be in when my check was scheduled! The whole team here is great but why 4 instead of 5? With all the hand offs in this environment. The team supported each other really well. But spending $37,000.00 buying add ons and shop time and strict manufacture specific maintenance intervals and delivery times. It sure would feel smoother to me, the customer, if sales just worried about sales, parts worried about parts, maintenance worried about maintenance.... I would have loved to have a dealership liaison or a transition person that would help keep expectations timelines and structure the handoffs from one department to another. In my opinion everyone I have interacted with has been happy, professional, realistic and forthcoming with good information! guys thank you!

Dangerous Mistake and Zero Accountability…read more I want to preface this with stating that Fairfield is top notch and a great sales person. This lies with whomever the manager is. I had a deeply disappointing, and frankly dangerous experience at Motorcycles of Charlotte. The same day I purchased my motorcycle from them, I discovered they had installed the wrong size front tire. They mounted a 110/90 tire when the bike clearly requires a 130/90, which is a major safety issue. While riding on the interstate just hours later, the tire came unseated, putting me at serious risk of injury. When I brought this to the shop's attention, the manager denied any responsibility, refused to replace the tire, and tried to blame me for supposedly hitting a pothole - something that absolutely did not happen. A tire coming off the bead on a brand-new purchase due to their installation error is not something to deflect or ignore. This wasn't a minor oversight, this was a life-threatening mistake followed by poor customer service and zero accountability. I strongly urge others to double-check everything if you choose to buy here, or better yet, take your business elsewhere. Your safety should never be compromised by negligence
