We did a pre-purchase inspection and boy was Carlo thorough. After about 30 mins of checking all bells and whistles and a couple of test drives he was able to list all details the bike needed and helped me in getting a great deal. The pre inspection price payed for itself! I'm hoping his service special gets completed in the next week on my bike and I'll update my rating and review once I get it back from him.

Stumbled upon their site via Facebook and saw they had a shop full of ducs in their pictures, so I figured I give them a shot. Nate (owner) and Bill (shop manager) are just fantastic to work with, they know their bikes well, explain it in layman terms to me and are always friendly. They get the work done timely and their pricing is fair. Recently I've gotten the tank repainted and handle bars replaced. Nate even suggested some vintage decals and are now debating black gloss or white gloss on a matte black tank. We'll see. Not putting either on a freshly painted tank. If you are looking for a good quality shop with fair pricing. (None of that dealership crap!) Come here. There are always fun bikes inside the shop you'll appreciate to take a look at. Say hi to their shop cat too!

The apparel department also rocks and they always are ready to help and explain the specials and on-sale items. Between the next several weeks I received several phone calls about additional work that needed to be completed on my motorcycle. The total for the service conducted on my motorcycle came to $2,192.03 based on the additional items the dealership stated I needed to be done. After the 4th phone call I received telling me I needed something else done I informed the dealership, I would take care of the anything else at a separate time however I was ready to pick up my motorcycle as the repairs were stated to be completed. The service department said no problem, the bike is ready to be picked up. I received a call roughly 2 hours later from the dealership saying they had bad news, they believe the motor was no good on the motorcycle and it would cost me more to repair then to purchase a new motorcycle. Discouraged I drove to the dealership to retrieve my motorcycle. At my surprise the gentlemen at the counter said the service associate I had been talking to was new and doesn't know what he was talking about. The motorcycle and motor were fine. I needed to drive the motorcycle for an additional 500 miles get the oil changed again and I would be fine. Another team member ran to the back, grabbed his helmet, cranked up my motorcycle and rode it out into the showroom. I swiped my card for the total owed and rode the motorcycle out of the showroom unto my trailer I hauled with me. When i got to the top of my trailer I noticed a "snail trail" of oil that followed the path I just rode and the motorcycle cut off completely. I walked the motorcycle off the trailer and back into the shop to find the associates cleaning up the oil spill my motorcycle left but didn't inform me. The service manager apologized and said he would fix the problem. His fix is an additional $9k in repairs out of pocket.
