Kevin was so patient in the answering all questions, did a walk through of the bike's features, and was with me every step of the way during the process. Tee was also very helpful and informative as well. (Also was fun to chat a little about road racing too). Renan was super helpful and helped close out the deal and any loose ends. Tee's EuroCycle also offered a decent trade value for my 2020 Aprilia Tuono V41100 Factory. Not exactly what my original request for trade offer but much better than expected given I would have still needed to replace my trackday shagged tires for new rubber and an impending 12,500 mile service will soon be due in 2K miles. I was given payment quotes that were more than 100% off from reality, which should never happen at a professional dealership. On top of that, the finance process was not explained clearly or honestly upfront. After completing the purchase, I was told I could pick up the bike, only to find out three days later (after I called them) that no paperwork had even been submitted. Nothing. No proactive communication, no transparency, no accountability. Because of their failure to do basic follow-through, what should have been a straightforward transaction has now turned into over a week of delay just to receive a bike I already purchased. This wasn't one mistake. It was repeated misinformation, poor process, and complete lack of urgency. If you value clear communication, accurate pricing, and competent handling of paperwork, I strongly suggest going elsewhere.

This place is bomb! Nate, Bill, Austin...the entire crew are just amazing…read more Moved to Charlotte 2 years ago and was looking for a shop to service my 2003 Ducati M620 Dark. Stumbled upon their site via Facebook and saw they had a shop full of ducs in their pictures, so I figured I give them a shot. Nate (owner) and Bill (shop manager) are just fantastic to work with, they know their bikes well, explain it in layman terms to me and are always friendly. They get the work done timely and their pricing is fair. Recently I've gotten the tank repainted and handle bars replaced. Nate even suggested some vintage decals and are now debating black gloss or white gloss on a matte black tank. We'll see. Not putting either on a freshly painted tank. If you are looking for a good quality shop with fair pricing. (None of that dealership crap!) Come here. There are always fun bikes inside the shop you'll appreciate to take a look at. Say hi to their shop cat too!

We did a pre-purchase inspection and boy was Carlo thorough. After about 30 mins of checking all bells and whistles and a couple of test drives he was able to list all details the bike needed and helped me in getting a great deal. The pre inspection price payed for itself! I'm hoping his service special gets completed in the next week on my bike and I'll update my rating and review once I get it back from him.
