I had my windshield replaced here on my 2026 Tesla Model 3, and although there was an issue with the first aftermarket windshield, I'm very satisfied with how everything was ultimately handled. After the initial installation, I noticed the windshield wasn't sitting quite right. I reached out to the shop and had several conversations about it before the owner personally got involved. Once he inspected everything, he determined that the aftermarket windshield itself was defective and replaced it under warranty without giving me a hard time. What really stood out to me was that they didn't stop there. Since my original windshield had already been tinted, they're also covering the cost of having the replacement windshield retinted after the proper curing period. They didn't have to leave me figuring that part out on my own, and I really appreciated that. The owner was respectful, knowledgeable, and handled the situation professionally. You can tell he takes pride in his business and wants customers to leave satisfied. While I wish the issue hadn't happened in the first place, defects in aftermarket parts can occur. What matters to me is how a company responds when something goes wrong, and Mobile Pro stood behind their work and made it right. Didn't really like the whole 9-5 schedule, we'll call you an hour before your service. The guy called me at around 4:15 pm arrived around 4:30, finished up around 5:30. The tech I guess did a good job, not sure if it's going to leak yet. Hope it won't. He just wasn't really concerned with good customer service. I don't know, maybe I'm being critical, I just didn't like him. What bothered me most was my final cost. It was $30 more than quoted. Not a big deal but I like up front open ended honest pricing. It wasn't just tax the invoice price is listed Higher than the quoted price. It's not the amount of the difference just that it's different than the quote. I don't think I'll use them if needed in the future. Just not the best experience. Ok the glass is replaced hope it's good and won't leak, so they did the job. For starters, they were really quick to respond to my quote request. The first of 4 companies to do so. I priced out several companies and they came back about 1/2 the price of competitors. I was slightly skeptical, but after doing a little bit of research online I am glad I went with them. They came to my workplace, and called when they were on the way. Some reviews said they came late in the day, but my technician arrived around 10am. The replacement process took right about the timeframe the service tech told me (around an hour), I paid via credit card with the technician, and had no issues after it was installed. I waited about a month to post this review to ensure everything remains good- and no issues at all. Long story short- best price, great service, and quick to respond. I got my windshield replaced and after the job my car would not start. So, the tech had to give me a jump and acted as if it were my fault when he was working on my vehicle. I never had any issues with my battery or anything else because I keep my maintenance up on my vehicle. I had to buy a new battery because whatever he did or failed to do caused my battery to die. I contacted Mobile Pro Auto Glass about this issue and was told that they would get back to me after speaking to the owner. They never got back to me, so I called them and was basically told they are not at fault for a better lack of words. They didn't even bother to offer so kind of resolution which I see as being unprofessional. If you are a red blooded American Veteran like myself, I would tell you don't waste your time on this place brother/sister. You're better off going somewhere else. Cancelled on me the morning of my appointment. I would have had more respect if they had just told me up front that they did not want my business or that it wasn't worth their time. I had to confirm my appointment the night before but then they cancel on me the very next morning. Not a way to stay in business by cancelling at the last minute. Very disappointed with the professionalism and service. After my windshield was replaced I informed the technician that there were scratches on my hood. He denied having anything to do with them...shocking. After he left I noticed scuff marks on my drivers door that were not there previously, I didn't notice this while he was there because my door was open at the time I inspected my vehicle. I contacted the office to address the situation and was advised that there was no way their tech could have done any damage to my vehicle and they would not take any responsibility for it. They made no attempt to even offer an apology at the very least. This was set up through the dealership I purchased my vehicle from and I was not provided any paperwork of any sort asking me to approve the work or sign off on the condition of my vehicle.
