I thought it was a breaker so I called an electrician. He said it wasn't the breaker but a fault with part in the microwave and he recommend Casey with Mason-Dixon. I had a not so good experience the first time I tried, them, I never got a call back. This time was COMPLETELY different. There was immediate response and a firm commitment for a date and time. Casey had all the answers, it was a couple of parts and a reasonable repair estimate PLUS he offers a Veteran discount! I was vey pleased and especially like the improvement in communication and reasonable repair cost. MUCH better than replacing an 8 year old Frigidaire over the stove unit!

Bobs Oriental Rug's is a family business and it's still going strong for obvious reasons once you work with them. They truly care about you as the customer and care for your rug! They sell gorgeous rugs as-well as the cleaning. I enjoyed and appreciated getting a few photos of my rug during the process as well as a free pillowcase from up cycled rugs that were no longer functional for being a new customer! 10/10 will be going back when my rug needs cleaned in 2-3 years or if I purchase a new rug.

I am very concerned about the credibility of this business. On 5/30/20, Mr. Darren Pope posted a…read morephoto on the social media site Nextdoor that he reportedly took on a call in Villa Rosa on 5/29/20. The photo was of a snake inside the condenser unit (wrapped around the capacitor). His explanation was that the previous "big box A/C company" left the screws out and gave the snake access. As a true professional, he offered to come to anybody in Villa Rosa and adjacent Cheval at no cost to make sure there were no missing screws in the unit. Sounds great, right? Well, the photo was not from 5/29/20 and can be found in a number of posts and articles on the internet dating back as far as 01/02/2017. I make no statements about the capabilities of this business or their honesty in assessing and troubleshooting residential or commercial air conditioning systems. I am only reporting that Mr. Pope fabricated a story to drum-up business and make new contacts. Purchasing a home while living across the country is stressful enough, especially a home we have not seen in person. The inspection package we received from the Baerga's Pillar to Post team was exceptional and immediately put our minds at ease. The pictures and graphics plus the comprehensive reporting down to the smallest detail was accurate and thorough, giving us a complete picture of our newly purchased home. The Baerga's go out of their way to make themselves available to you providing support before, during and well after the inspection has taken place. The services they offer at such reasonable prices are well worth it. But the peace of mind they give you is priceless.

Don't get tricked!…read more I requested Junk King to come out to clear out a storage unit that I had won in an auction. When I was requesting, I was told that I would be given a quote at the beginning of the job. When they arrived, the first guy who got out of the truck took a look at the unit and said they could do it for the cost of half a load. Then the other guy got out and said 3/4 to full load but most likely 3/4 and that they would do their best to get it to be as small of a load as possible. I should have known better. They worked to make the truck look as full as possible. The unit had vacuum tubes that could be used to make the load look a lot fuller than it was and that's exactly what they did. The 2nd guy told the first guy that they would load the vacuum tubes last. I didn't understand why at first but then later I did. The unit had rolls of carpet that were heavy and could have compressed anything lighter (like the tubes) from the unit if they had been put on top. They worked to make sure that was not the case - putting the carpet in first and then the lighter stuff on top to make the truck look fuller. When I left a review on Google explaining that I felt tricked, the owner called and left me a message offering a refund if I took down the review. I called him back and left a message telling him that if he agreed to change his business practices and gave a refund for how they tricked me, I would take the review down. He apparently couldn't do that and instead decided to not give a refund or change his business practices. Sad. If you must use Junk King, don't use Rock Hill Junk King and if you must use them, make sure you get an exact quote and that they load the truck efficiently. If I were you, I'd avoid altogether!
