At 8:45pm I rescheduled for today- my appointment today was 10am-2pm. Again no repair tech at my home- at 2pm they tell me atleast another hour until someone MAY BE HERE. So I've wasted almost 9 hrs in 2 days for a repair man I still have not seen. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND ARCE HEATING & AIR !! Only gave them one star because I had no choice when leaving a review. Inspected all of our smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors even tested the batteries in each. Explained everything as he went along and gave me some great advice. I ask a lot of questions and he had answers that made sense to all of them! Hands-down would hire again!
