During the initial visit, the technician was able to run the washing machine and hear the noise firsthand. This is documented on the receipt from the company. However, after being unable to repair the issue, I was told from the technician that on the initial visit they could not reproduce the noise and therefore could not determine what was wrong. They then shifted the blame back onto me, despite the fact that the noise had already been reproduced and documented during their initial visit. The washing machine was ultimately not fixed, yet I was still charged for the service. My biggest issue is not simply that they were unable to make the repair, but that their explanation contradicts what happened during the initial appointment and what is documented on their own receipt. I would not recommend Mr. Appliance based on my experience. I expected an honest diagnosis and an effective repair, but instead I was left with the same problem, out the service charge, and dissatisfied with how the situation was handled. I will be making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacting their parent company Neighborly for their dishonest practice.

I love the fact that they text you to let you know when the tech is on the way. They save you from having to wait around the house. Dale did a great job of troubleshooting, explaining the problem, and gave me a complete estimate for parts and labor. He told me that it would take a couple of days to get the part. He said they would call and schedule the follow-up appointment. The part came in and they schedule the appointment. Dale was on time and completed the repair in a timely manner. He showed me the defective part and clean up after he was finished. I will use Mr. Appliance in the future for my service need! Thanks!

Worst experience ever. They were 2-4 hours late each of the 3 days and didn't bother to let me know. Rude and dismissive. Wrapped china ok but just threw everthing else higgle-piggle in boxes (like rare books!) and didn't label anything correctly. The wonderful AMJ unloaders and unpackers on the destination end even commented on how weird and bad everything had been packed and loaded. Upon delivery I discover I have at least $4000 in damaged/missing items: 2 totally crushed bookcases, a broken plant stand and crushed rolling toolchest, Floor lamp snapped in two and more. And 5 Italian leather sofa cushions are vanished into thin air. DO.NOT.USE!!!

Don't get tricked!…read more I requested Junk King to come out to clear out a storage unit that I had won in an auction. When I was requesting, I was told that I would be given a quote at the beginning of the job. When they arrived, the first guy who got out of the truck took a look at the unit and said they could do it for the cost of half a load. Then the other guy got out and said 3/4 to full load but most likely 3/4 and that they would do their best to get it to be as small of a load as possible. I should have known better. They worked to make the truck look as full as possible. The unit had vacuum tubes that could be used to make the load look a lot fuller than it was and that's exactly what they did. The 2nd guy told the first guy that they would load the vacuum tubes last. I didn't understand why at first but then later I did. The unit had rolls of carpet that were heavy and could have compressed anything lighter (like the tubes) from the unit if they had been put on top. They worked to make sure that was not the case - putting the carpet in first and then the lighter stuff on top to make the truck look fuller. When I left a review on Google explaining that I felt tricked, the owner called and left me a message offering a refund if I took down the review. I called him back and left a message telling him that if he agreed to change his business practices and gave a refund for how they tricked me, I would take the review down. He apparently couldn't do that and instead decided to not give a refund or change his business practices. Sad. If you must use Junk King, don't use Rock Hill Junk King and if you must use them, make sure you get an exact quote and that they load the truck efficiently. If I were you, I'd avoid altogether!

We called Insulation Commandos and were able to schedule an estimate for the very next day. Other providers that we called didn't even pick up the phone or said they would return our call and ghosted us. Simon, the owner, came out to do the estimate for us. He was on time and texted us beforehand. He is very knowledgeable about insulation and was able to explain things in a way that made it easy to understand! He walked us through a few different options at different price points and didn't put any pressure on us. The best part is, we were able to schedule the project for the same week! The day of the project, Simon texted us again to let us know they were on their way. This time, he even included a picture of the truck so we knew what to expect. He and his crew were extremely efficient, professional, and courteous. They were done in a single day and cleaned up after themselves! We highly recommend Insulation Commandos and will definitely be using them again to upgrade the insulation in our attic.

I am very concerned about the credibility of this business. The photo was of a snake inside the condenser unit (wrapped around the capacitor). His explanation was that the previous "big box A/C company" left the screws out and gave the snake access. As a true professional, he offered to come to anybody in Villa Rosa and adjacent Cheval at no cost to make sure there were no missing screws in the unit. Sounds great, right? Well, the photo was not from 5/29/20 and can be found in a number of posts and articles on the internet dating back as far as 01/02/2017. I make no statements about the capabilities of this business or their honesty in assessing and troubleshooting residential or commercial air conditioning systems.
