During the initial visit, the technician was able to run the washing machine and hear the noise firsthand. This is documented on the receipt from the company. However, after being unable to repair the issue, I was told from the technician that on the initial visit they could not reproduce the noise and therefore could not determine what was wrong. They then shifted the blame back onto me, despite the fact that the noise had already been reproduced and documented during their initial visit. The washing machine was ultimately not fixed, yet I was still charged for the service. My biggest issue is not simply that they were unable to make the repair, but that their explanation contradicts what happened during the initial appointment and what is documented on their own receipt. I would not recommend Mr. Appliance based on my experience. I expected an honest diagnosis and an effective repair, but instead I was left with the same problem, out the service charge, and dissatisfied with how the situation was handled. I will be making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacting their parent company Neighborly for their dishonest practice.

I called them to repair my combo washer/dryer. The initial appointment was great and the tech,…read moreDale, was on the time. I love the fact that they text you to let you know when the tech is on the way. They save you from having to wait around the house. Dale did a great job of troubleshooting, explaining the problem, and gave me a complete estimate for parts and labor. He told me that it would take a couple of days to get the part. He said they would call and schedule the follow-up appointment. The part came in and they schedule the appointment. Dale was on time and completed the repair in a timely manner. He showed me the defective part and clean up after he was finished. I will use Mr. Appliance in the future for my service need! Thanks!

Support staff aren't really concerned with much of anything. Sales staff aren't either. The…read moreService staff however, are pretty good guys. It's 2014, and I find their email response times of 3+ days to be unacceptable. Then when I directly asked why it took so long to respond, I was told "Oh, I was out of the office for a few days..." So then when I mentioned that using the out of office assistant to send emails alerting people when you're out of the office might be a good idea, the story changed to "Oh, I was here, I've just been in meetings..." Ok... then you're either lazy, inept or a liar, none of which sends a positive message to your customers or potential clients... definite room for improvement here.

Which often has underwear on it. They've got a good eye on fashion but the styles and such are a bit more beachy and seem geared towards teens and 20-something college students. I gotta make sure I stick to my age group nowadays I guess. For the guys at least, there are lots of button downs, tees, jeans and hoodies. Belts, wallets, a few bracelets and hats. In the winter they always have some seriously fluffy and warm beanies and jackets. The ladies clothes are cute in my opinion too. I'd say y'all can't go wrong in shopping here. Prices aren't bad, a bit high. I'm totally willing to spend more money for quality underwear though. As we all should be. Now that AE is no more in South Park Mall, this one will be my location of choice.
