The process of getting…read moreinto the store, so as to not let a large crowd of people in at once, was to let in a handful of people at a time as others departed. It was a pretty good process in place to keep order. Thanks hope they do have a good selection of discounted items, the only downside is that the sizes were literally all over the place. It was almost like trying to find a needle in a haystack and we were in there for quite a while. LOL! I have seen other outlet/factory stores in a much more organized fashion, so I think it can be improved upon. But that's my only downside to the store. It's a good-sized store and a vast selection for everyone. Parking isn't an issue at all, with an extremely large parking lot all around the outlet mall.

I have always liked Nike but never really started shopping here until I met my bf. Nike has…read moreeverything from athletic wear to casual wear and it's something for everyone. It is an outlet store so it is packed ALL the time and very understandably so. I was a little disappointed that a lot of items I wanted to purchase, they no longer had my size but wasn't much I could do. Hopefully they have better selections next time! My bf did find a nice windbreaker for both of us . They are black and with white drawstrings and they are so cute. They match my new Jordan's he just bought for me! I definitely recommend everyone go shop around if they need new Nike gear. I do suggest going during the week or later during the day if possible because the outlet does get busy and extremely crowded during the day.

Which often has underwear on it. They've got a good eye on fashion but the styles and such are a bit more beachy and seem geared towards teens and 20-something college students. I gotta make sure I stick to my age group nowadays I guess. For the guys at least, there are lots of button downs, tees, jeans and hoodies. Belts, wallets, a few bracelets and hats. In the winter they always have some seriously fluffy and warm beanies and jackets. The ladies clothes are cute in my opinion too. I'd say y'all can't go wrong in shopping here. Prices aren't bad, a bit high. I'm totally willing to spend more money for quality underwear though. As we all should be. Now that AE is no more in South Park Mall, this one will be my location of choice.

Mena, Gustavo and Marcos were fantastic! I strongly suggest making an appointment because if you…read moredon't, you will be waiting. My phone got thrown into a pool and it was an iPhone 6. I know that's really old. They tried to revive it, but it just wasn't working out. I tried a phone that I bought on eBay and it was locked, it only went to T-Mobile so they couldn't unlock it. I went to Best Buy bought an open box cell phone for only $200, iPhone 14. I went back to the store to see if this one works, but this time no appointment. They still considered me in the previous appointment and took care of me! I know this store use to be terrible, but it's under new management and their employees are really nice! I strongly encourage to make an appointment, if not then just be smart and don't come around lunch hour.

The store itself and the employees at THIS STORE are very helpful…read more But ATT CUSTOMER SERVICE is one of the worst company to ever deal with!!! When you call 611 and need to talk to someone (anyone) they give you the run around switch you to wrong departments, put you back to the automated service or just hang up on you , when they say they are putting it in the notes of your account they don't and when you get to a manager they don't see any notes in the system that you were told was there. They are PREJUDICE against any one who is not Spanish and I can prove it !!! This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in person or on the phone I am a veteran and a senior citizen and they just don't care about helping you after the sale I.E example I bought a new phone and was making payments on it and some how they put the payments on my tablet (cost of tablet) $200 (around) but they say it cost $900 dollars they see it and agree that it's wrong but also say they can not and won't switch it back to the phone and I wanted to cancel my tablet but to do this I have to pay them $900 before they will let me cancel the tablet just because of them messing up the payments on their end (611) My advice for any one is to just STAY AWAY FROM ATT AND ANY COMPANY THAT DOES BUISNESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!! I can not be on the phone with them for over 3 hrs anytime you call They do not want to do their jobs or credit you anything but they want you to pay them on time but not cancel a phone line when you want instead they say you are paid up till the end of the billing cycle and then they will cancel it. But they will not issue a credit , so they make you stay with them for an extra month or 4 months like me and charge you for it even though you try and cancel them One customer service personnel will tell you one thing and when you call again they tell you something else !!!! They are not trained or they do not want to do their jobs you choose which it was. My last conversation with them I ask if there were discounts for veterans was told NO they switch to to another department and then I'm told yes there is !!! So which is it ? The whole company is so messed up you CAN NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY OR DO!!!!! My name is Joseph A Siciliano I live in North Carolina and I travel (truck driver) and when I call they always tell me to go to the corporate store we're I live, so I have to come off the road and lose money when I don't have to this has been going on for over a year. Even the manager at the corporate store says that 611 doesn't know what they are doing!!! That comes from one of THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES!!!!

Spent damn near 2 hours in store being "helped" by a pair of workers who were totally inept. These "workers" acted as though they've never had to file an insurance claim to have an iPhone replaced that's still under warranty! I mean there's absolutely no way a customer should be sitting there for almost 2 hours and STILL didn't get a replacement filed correctly. So I have to make another trip to the store when it opens in order to complete what should have been completed last night when I spent almost 2 hours sitting there being "taken care of" of by two of THE MOST UN-helpful people I've ever encountered. Store manager I was told is Drew. Drew - you have a problem my friend if customers have to sit for 2 hours to get a replacement submitted correctly. To think that two heads are better than one was SO NOT the case last night! I would have given a FAT ZERO for customer service but the review must at least register a one. Trust me Drew, you guys are definitely a zero chief!
