The manager at the store is always extremely helpful! MuchBetter experience here than a couple other stores in the area.

O man does this place EARN its terrible reviews. After 14 years of being an AT&T customer...two dealings with this location, and I literally skipped across the parking lot to the near Verizon store and switched carriers.....AFTER 14 YEARS WITH AT&T!! Came in the first day, sat around for almost an hour waiting...got the occasional "someone will be right with you"...got sick of waiting and left. Called the store later that day to schedule an appointment for the next day to make sure we got help, lady said be there first thing at 10:30am(odd time for a store to be open right?) We show up at 10:30, and the girl comes to the door, doesn't let us in...and proceeds to be annoyed that im there and keeps saying they open at 11. I say we had an appointment set for 10:30 and she has the gall to say "im not gonna stand here and argue with you, we open at 11"! Just an awful person who probably shouldnt be in customer service. Avoid this location like the plague....literally go to any other AT&T location in Charlotte, in NC....in the USA! Or just do what i did and drop AT&T all together, they aren't worth it. read more

Manager extremely rude. I was asking about a new line transfer from another AT&T account and I would like a new phone with the transfer. I asked about a free iPhone 8. (I was told via phone from another store I could get an iPhone 8 free with this transfer). The manager, who was walking around the store cleaning, blurred out 3 times "No Promo". The guy helping me was speechless. Needless to say I did not finish the transaction for other reasons; however, this interaction was the deciding factor to not continue. read more

Watch out for this store. Terrible customer service. The salesman I dealt with added insurance to two devices without disclosure. He also shipped a cheap samsung tablet and opened a data account for it. It took more than four hours and five phone calls to resolve this. Will be changing carriers ASAP read more

the worst att store. staff could care less. staff would rather push you to another location than help. totally inept with products and services. i knew more about the device and service than the staff. either find another location who has staff that cares or switch carriers. i'm taking my 7 lines to t-mobile. read more

Once my contract is up because of this store I might just leave at&t. It is not about the at&t services, it is about the employees (Marque) lying to get you on a plan and saying if something isn't right to come back and when you do they want to act as though you never had that conversation. With out consent he sign us up for a plan that was not asked for and the most expensive one (that I didn't find out until I got my first bill and called customer service). When I go up there one girl tells me that my bill should not be that high and then I talk to him and he acts as though he knows nothing of what I am talking about. I have only had the phones two weeks and I don't know if I want to stay a customer. Sprint starting to look real nice again. read more

This store signed me up for U-verse without my authorization. I started receiving calls and texts telling me tech-support is going to install U-verse at my home. After speaking to AT&T, they told me The account was set up by this store in March. It's now May and I start receiving calls, texts, and a service technician visit. It's taken me several hours of time talking to customer service to resolve this issue. (Sorry for the late post as it was still in my drafts.) read more

Arrived at this store one morning at about 10:20 AM. Sat patiently for 45 minutes waiting for a single rep (apparently she was the only person capable of helping 4 of us sitting in the store) while watching several other employees and the manager standing around the store. I took a walk outside being there were 2 persons ahead. I got back and waited another 35 minutes. I approached the manager desk asking where I could find another corporate store, and he shouted out an address. I politely asked what cross street that might be, to which he LOUDLY recited several landmarks around the store which was in a demeaning and embarrassing tone. The facts are simple: If he were an effective manager, he would have the proper scheduled number of employees and cross-trained the others to address overflow. If AT&T is listening to these, consider confronting this manager or better yet remove him. read more

Not at all good service. Every time I went there my work was not done. They have one thing or the other to make sure not to do your work. Uptown ATT center has far outstanding customer service then this office. Going here is waste of time. read more

Ugh, what an awful customer service experience! My husband and I went in on Saturday because my Samsung Note 5 was acting up. The main issue was the pen not working despite all settings being correct. The girl at the tech counter was on her phone when we walked in and seemed to have zero interest in helping us, asking me multiple times if I had backed up my info (it seemed she was hoping I hadn't so she could send me home and not have to deal with working). She then reset my phone, which did nothing to help the issue, so ordered us a new one saying it would be there Monday. The entire time we were dealing with her she kept wiping her runny nose with her hand and sniffling in that gross, really loud way. It was disgusting, especially since she had her hands all over my phone. The new phone didn't arrive until Tuesday, and without a pen, which was the whole issue. My husband went back Wednesday with the phone, and was told we had to "tell them the pen wasn't working" which.. we had. Anyways he sent my husband home to "try the old pen on the new phone." Which of course did not work. He returned today and was told by an incredibly rude customer service rep that they don't handle the pen issue, to contact Samsung. So, why was this not conveyed at the first visit??? AT&T has gone so downhill and this particular branch is not helping their case. read more

I've used this store for years. Most of the time the service has been slow but OK. Today, all I wanted to do was get a new iPhone6s for my wife. Online AT&T price $530, store price was $550. I said I wanted the best price AT&T sells it for. So the associate had me do an online order in the store and then (after I had entered the order) was told I might have to wait up to an hour for it to process. Came back a hour and half later and still not processed. Associate went to store manager and asked about it. I walked up and he told her to override the price. I asked why that was not done an hour and a half ago and the store manager told me and my wife we had to leave the store. I said I have been an AT&T customer since 2002, does that not matter and he said no. So, not only would I never set foot in this store again and as soon as I can get another provider, I will not longer be an AT&T customer. read more
