This place had the best price and the guy Ivan seemed pretty knowledgeable so I decided to get it done here. This place is in a strip mall right next to Krispy Kreme (dangerously tempting) on Celanease Rd. Even though 2 weeks had passed, he still remembered our phone conversation. Service was extremely quick ! I dropped it off, paid in advance for the part/repair ($100), and he received the part the next day and called to let me know it was ready. I told him I would be there the next day and asked if he had a charger for a Samsung J3. He said he could order one ($10) and it would be there the following day. I called the next afternoon and he said the charger had arrived so I was good to go. I arrived, paid for the new charger, and he showed me where my old screen had short circuited. My tablet looked great and Ivan was very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this place if you need a repair.

Sure enough, I was greeted with excellent customer service from the moment I walked through the door. Freddie assisted me with my phone. He was very knowledgeable & said that he would be right back in about 5 minutes. I couldn't believe that in roughly about that time, I was paying for my repaired iPhone. Initially I couldn't remember my password to get back into my iCloud account. He offered options to help restore it. Thankfully, I remembered once I got home. After coming in and explaining the problem that I was experiencing, Bobby NeSmith, the store manager, spoke with me on what they can do to diagnose and solve the problem. Most of their solutions involved leaving my computer and pen with them overnight while they diagnosed and worked on fixing any issues, however because I use my computer on a daily basis for school, I could not be without it for too long. Thankfully after explaining this to Bobby, he did everything he could to diagnose and fix the problem as fast as he could.
