The battery percentage is wildly going up and down and the phone CANNOT recognize the battery. I know I have warranty on the screen. But Ive had my phone checked there a few times, but was claimed nothing was found to be an issue. Which I believe is a flat out lie. Now there's new people there, and wants to charge me for diagnostics on the phone even after telling them about the situation. They never asked my name nor do they even want to look up the info. I've lost all my interest in cell phone repair stores... especially this one. Don't let these people "school" you since they have to have your "phones, tablets, laptops" to another lab for diagnostics to charge you enough you'd wish you just get a new phone. so here's my beginning experienc- Nice people, believable legit... and now- I don't trust them, faulty replacements, always a new customer even though there's past visits.

So, I decided to trade it in for the quote he gave me and got a new (used) iPhone. Sam is beyond professional. He was warm, welcoming, and very engaging. He made me feel like I was an old friend. Sure enough, I was greeted with excellent customer service from the moment I walked through the door. Freddie assisted me with my phone. He was very knowledgeable & said that he would be right back in about 5 minutes. I couldn't believe that in roughly about that time, I was paying for my repaired iPhone. Initially I couldn't remember my password to get back into my iCloud account. He offered options to help restore it. Thankfully, I remembered once I got home. The treatment was night and day. Michael listened and looked at the computer. I was dreading the cost as it was a gaming laptop and the screen needed replacing. The cost was what a lot of places (Geek Squad) just for looking at the computer, not even fixing it. I had to ask twice and double check the amount he quoted was both for the part and labor! Needless to say, whenever anything electronic is cracked, dinged, not working, Gamer EMT is my first stop!
