I proceeded to take photos of my contacts and photos I waited for 10 to 15 minutes while they did nothing in the back room and I took my phone that was repaired under my insurance with me. The next day I was called by the rock Hill, Police Department and read my Miranda rights for phone theft of my own phone that I paid for the insurance for. I recommend finding anywhere else but here to have your phone repaired. The service is horrible, and the people are not helpful at all. The protocols for management to train their workers is nonexistent.
