DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR PICK UP DELIVERIES... THEY STEAL PACKAGES!! I had to have my new iPhone delivered to this store because I would not be home to sign for it. Someone at this store stole the package. It says delivered and that it was picked up five minutes after delivery. They gave us no answers and made it seem like we had something to do with it. The agent helping us from TMobile said this is not the first claim that they had to file with this location for stolen packages. Absolutely shameful. read more

I understand they have to pay for the tape, but instead of explaining it to me nicely, she acted like I had a choice -- pay or leave. If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. I have never been mistreated and disrespected more by a person in customer service like I was this morning. Even more appalling is knowing that this individual, Betty Taylor, is the manager of this store. While I admit that I did not come as prepared as I would have liked to return my package, the amount of hostility I was met with was entirely uncalled for. Multiple times during this encounter, I was insulted by the person who was supposed to be helping me. From snide comments about how the "USPS" name was "clear as day" on the package when I showed up at the wrong location to return to the item or the attitude when she realized I had not brought a box to package my item in, every part of this encounter was piss poor. Even though I was more than happy to pay the fees for printing the shipping label and buying a box, her demeanor made it impossible to feel anything other than anger. When she answered the phone, she seemed frustrated again by the customer and muttered "people..." under her breath after she hung up while checking me out. I can understand having a bad day, but this is unacceptable behavior. I actually felt horrible for the lady waiting patiently behind me who would have to further endure her wrath. read more

The woman in front of me was told that that they are franchise owned and runs the store the way she's been told to by the owner. I will never return to this location. The old woman who works there is wretched. She must be the owner, or maybe the owner's mother, because if not she would have been let go long ago. Rude, snotty, snide... always acts like the customers are the worst thing to ever happen to her. SOMEONE had been drinking, today. I am married to a recovering alcoholic so I know the smell. The package I WAS going to send needed some tape to reinforce the lid and he immediately stared ringing up a charge on the register telling me " we charge to tape a package". After Amazon confirmed that they never received a package sent by UPS, the tracking information on my receipt showed that it was never sent out. I called the store and explained the situation, was put on hold and then hung up on. I called back 7 times and was ignored. I finally called back immediately after the 7th call using a different line and the phone was answered by a rude male employee who told me that he was by himself and that I needed to have some consideration for his time and then he hung up on me. I saw the owner actually tell the driver she loved him and didn't hesitate or show any care or concern when she saw me return with a mailbox application that her staff member had given and said she didn't have time to help. I explained her colleague, standing next to her, had just given me the application less than an hour ago. I asked if I could wait. She said to return tomorrow. This is the closest UPS store to me, though the only downside is that it closes at 6 p.m. The people who work here are really nice. You can rent a mail box, and make shipments of course. You can buy shipping and packing goods here as well. Parking can be tough due to the store's location in the middle of a strip mall. It's situated between a few restaurants and a skating store usually clustered with kids. read more

Went in to get a mailbox for my buisness. I had used this location in with the last owners and was impressed how nice they were and how much they cared. When I entered I was greeted and asked about renting a mailbox. I was given my paperwork and I went to fill it out. The employee were negatively talking about some other employee that was let go, ( I don't really care although it's very unprofessional) I had made copy of my ID and just had an older one. Didn't realize until she pointed it out. I advised I would go and get it and come back. I was yold to bring two forms of ID with picture. And a bill. I was confusedas I don't have another ID with a picture besides my driver'slicense. I asked for an example incase it was a mistake and I was yold we were done. I said I simply wanted to know what other form of id's were accepted and was told again we were done. I asked for my paperwork back and was given an annoyed look but she compiled. Go to any other UPS store. Elderly lady yelled at me for touching my packages. I only tried to move to the side to finish to place the slip and she yelled at me. She was VERY RUDE. If I have to send something I will NEVER go here. She is loud and when I finally got the package together to return the package only because gas and time where a factor. She asked me was I ignoring her? I smiled and said I didn't know if I would get yelled at. I was done! And she gave me the wrong number to make a complaint. She is the manager. The manager of this store DENNY spends most of her day smoking outside. Unless you are a young man and attractive, it annoys her to have to put her cigarette out to help you! Yesterday, my mom went in to send a package back to the sender and she couldn't have been more rude! This woman was disrespectful and humiliated my mother because she speaks with an accent!!! Guess what, she speaks two languages!!! When I called to report her I was told she is the manager and they gave me an 800#. The STRICKLAND STORE is SO MUCH BETTER. PLEASE GIVE THEM your business. The young man behind the counter watched me struggle with the door and my crutches. Being disabled is not new to me, but this was my first trip out post surgery. I dropped a crutch, then the door, and he still stood behind the counter watching. He didn't move until I yelled I needed help. Then he was not very nice. I had to ask for help on my way out; what does this guy do, but thank me? There are many other packaging stores that are kind to people with disabilities. Use one of those. read more

I used this store because it was close to me, but I will never use this store or UPS ever again. I went in there like anyone else to ship a box the store employee (Dennis) seemed like he was already having a bad day. Started filling out the forms then demanded to know what the contents in my box were. He wanted me to detail everything in my box. I said, "I'm sorry that isn't something you need to know, is there a general category I can tell you, but I will tell you it is not liquid, flammable, perishable, or hazardous". He still demanded me to tell him what was in my box, but this time threw me a bunch more attitude and said I looked sketchy. I gave him a general of the materials and he started to fill out the foams then decided to tell me he wasn't going to ship my box. I have never been treated or accused of anything like this in a store from a store employee. Where is the customer service? Of course there was no manager in the store to talk to about this situation. Privacy seems to be gone in that store. Everyone is look at as they are trying to ship something hazardous, flammable, liquid, or perishable. What a shame. read more
