Multiple shipping services available, friendly employees, fast service, products available. I love not having to stand in line for 15-20 minutes at the Post Office! The UPS Store offers a variety of shipping options and will help you find the cheapest option. So this is the UPS that keeps or ships your stuff that you couldn't take with you through Phoenix Airport security. Yep, I'm one of those people. In my rush I tried to take my leatherman and flashlight through though the flashlight might have been a go. The UPS picks up from the airport every Tuesday and will call you to arrange cost and shipping. Or, they'll hold it for 45 days. That's a lot of days, a lot. I'm honestly amazed at that. They only held my stuff for about 1 week and I came and picked it up. They only charge $5 to hold your stuff too. They guys were friendly and we chatted a bit about the whole service that they do for the airport. No complaints. read more

I called this morning to inquire about notary services. I spoke with a gentleman who was very helpful and said he was a notary and would be there until 11:30, and a different notary comes in at 12:30 and would be there until 6:00. I tried to get over earlier, but was busy at work, and knew I had until 6:00. I arrived at about 5:15, and told the clerk at the counter I was there for notary services. He said that he was sorry but the notary leaves a 5:00. I was livid, WTF?! I explained that I had spoken with someone that morning and repeated the conversation. He said, "It sounds like you spoke with Patrick. He should know that the notary leaves at 5:00 because he has been doing it for a month." I left to try and find another notary. Everywhere was closed or the notary was gone for the day. I was really peeved and decided to go back in. I asked the clerk for the owners name because I would be calling in the morning to complain. He said "Patrick is the owner." Even more peeved I asked if we could call him and see if this could be resolved. They were able to reach Patrick and after a brief conversation Patrick offered to come in if I was willing to wait 30 minutes. I really needed the documents notarized and happily agreed. Patrick showed up as promised within 30 minutes, apologized that his other notary left early and quickly notarized my documents. It was $2 per signature and Patrick was super nice. He demonstrated customer service and made a repeat customer out of me. So, to sum it up, in an hour my rating went from a 1 star to a 5 star review. read more

I just opened a new business and now have a large postage box at this location. The staff was very helpful... Extremely friendly... And even offered many services I did not realize. Obviously I will be at this location almost every day to collect my business mail. This makes it so convenient! The owner, Patrick, is extremely rude. He had an attitude with me both times I talked to him. I live out of state and in order to have 1 item smaller than my hand sent to me from Phoenix to Milwaukee would cost $14 and to have someone drive to the store to pick it up is $5. Friendly, efficient staff and fast service...I rent a mailbox here, and the guys behind the counter remember me when I walk in and even help me take packages out to my car if the packages are heavy or unwieldy. The parking lot can be a circus, especially during lunchtime, but they do have 2 spots reserved in front for their customers which is nice too. read more

When I tried to drop off a pre-paid USPS package here, I was told by the clerk that they do not accept pre-paid USPS packages for pick-up here, despite being perfectly willing to sell me USPS postage for my package. He said that he would "make an exception this time since the package was small." It seems to me that since they didn't get an opportunity to mark up USPS rates, they won't hold my package for USPS pick up. I realize that on this particular occasion I was not spending money (I have shipped numerous packages here in the past, however) but I will not go back and spend any more money here if they are not going to make it a convenient place to do business. Apparently business is good enough at this location for them to be able to turn away customers with such a stupid policy. read more

Terrible service. Called first thing in the morning to see about getting a car title notorized. They said sure all day, told the guy on the phone I would be there at 1:30, said no problem. I use this store for all my packing and shipping needs for business and personal. I have dealt with multiple stores over the past 6 years for work and was so glad this one opened so close. They are friendly and helpful. We have multiple mail boxes there and they are always willing to help carry the many packages that I received daily. I refer many of our clients to them and have never had any complaints on their service. They also are great to printing services and I use them for printing photography and ads.
