This is the Worst place to get anything Shipped and Please don't believe a word they say. Tuesday Jan 14 I wanted to Ship a small bicycle to Puerto Rico the young Hispanic kid behind the Counter says its going to be over $400 dollars to get this shipped And some older Bald White guys says GEEZ that's a big 36lb package Then he tells me the USPS won't even Touch it ... Well guess what USPS did ship it and at a tune of $42.00 STAY CLEAR of these LIARS It's really a shame I send packages all the time I was just trying them cause they are in my neighborhood .... I don't mind paying extra for the service But 10 times the amount is a little much.. read more

Great spot. Friendly service. My spot to go to when I need to send something.

Multiple shipping services available, friendly employees, fast service, products available. I love not having to stand in line for 15-20 minutes at the Post Office! The UPS Store offers a variety of shipping options and will help you find the cheapest option. I've been in there probably four-five times in the last two years, and every employee has been very friendly and helpful. They also sell cards, supplies, poster tubes, etc. read more

If you are doing fingerprints you will be last even though you were there first! Expect to wait b/c they will help others even just coming thru the door. read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

This is the best UPS store in the valley that I've found! I will go out of my way to use this store over others. I often have Amazon returns but occasionally have to ship something for myself. Either way the customer service is outstanding! read more

Garrett is awesome!!! So patient with me getting my passport photo and shipping service for a return to amazon! Highly recommend this location for both of these services! Everyone is consistently friendly here!!! read more

I just went to get a paper notarized and they charge $10!!! Per signature!!!! Craziness! Even though their website states $2. Too bad they lost a great customer read more

So this is the UPS that keeps or ships your stuff that you couldn't take with you through Phoenix Airport security. Yep, I'm one of those people. In my rush I tried to take my leatherman and flashlight through though the flashlight might have been a go. The UPS picks up from the airport every Tuesday and will call you to arrange cost and shipping. Or, they'll hold it for 45 days. That's a lot of days, a lot. I'm honestly amazed at that. They only held my stuff for about 1 week and I came and picked it up. They only charge $5 to hold your stuff too. They guys were friendly and we chatted a bit about the whole service that they do for the airport. No complaints. read more

Always friendly, quick and efficient service. It's much faster than the post office.

Fast and cheap notary service! $2 per signature, not including your own. Since Chase Bank is no longer offering this service to their customers, this is my go-to place now. I understand they have notaries at almost all of their stores, available for walk-ins! read more

I called this morning to inquire about notary services. I spoke with a gentleman who was very helpful and said he was a notary and would be there until 11:30, and a different notary comes in at 12:30 and would be there until 6:00. I tried to get over earlier, but was busy at work, and knew I had until 6:00. I arrived at about 5:15, and told the clerk at the counter I was there for notary services. He said that he was sorry but the notary leaves a 5:00. I was livid, WTF?! I explained that I had spoken with someone that morning and repeated the conversation. He said, "It sounds like you spoke with Patrick. He should know that the notary leaves at 5:00 because he has been doing it for a month." I left to try and find another notary. Everywhere was closed or the notary was gone for the day. I was really peeved and decided to go back in. I asked the clerk for the owners name because I would be calling in the morning to complain. He said "Patrick is the owner." Even more peeved I asked if we could call him and see if this could be resolved. They were able to reach Patrick and after a brief conversation Patrick offered to come in if I was willing to wait 30 minutes. I really needed the documents notarized and happily agreed. Patrick showed up as promised within 30 minutes, apologized that his other notary left early and quickly notarized my documents. It was $2 per signature and Patrick was super nice. He demonstrated customer service and made a repeat customer out of me. So, to sum it up, in an hour my rating went from a 1 star to a 5 star review. read more

During this busy time of year you would expect to wait. The young man working by himself couldn't have done a better job. Attention to detail, helping several customers at once, and all the while had a smile on his face. The positive energy he put forth will get him far in life. I didn't get his name but it was 7:35am n he was 33yo n very Johnny on the spot. He needs a big pat on the back from someone read more

I just opened a new business and now have a large postage box at this location. The staff was very helpful... Extremely friendly... And even offered many services I did not realize. Obviously I will be at this location almost every day to collect my business mail. This makes it so convenient! As I'm leasing space in different areas of downtown my business address will not change. read more

These guys are super fast and on top of their game. UPS would be proud of this store....

They have been great from day one. I relocated to Phoenix and They started helping me prior to moving here. They continued to help me after I moved here. They are very customer friendly!! The employees are pleasant to work with and very helpful. read more

Don't bother to go to this location. Their notary isn't on premise regularly and it'll be a waste of a trip. Terrible service model.

It took moving to San Diego and using a different store to realize how FANtastic THIS store is! Always PLENTY of skilled staff, always FAST and personalized customer service as if you are purchasing a BMW. Amazing, big thumbs up!!!! read more

The owner, Patrick, is extremely rude. He had an attitude with me both times I talked to him. I live out of state and in order to have 1 item smaller than my hand sent to me from Phoenix to Milwaukee would cost $14 and to have someone drive to the store to pick it up is $5. That's ridiculous. read more

I have used this shop for my mail for five years. Patrick and his crew are very attentive to their customers. I recommend this centrally located UPS Store for all your mailing needs. read more

I had a large, valuable ceramic sculpture that I needed picked-up in Phoenix and shipped to me in Minneapolis. I remembered this store and Jaime from when I lived in Phoenix and called him. He arranged to pick-up my item, boxed it and shipped it. It arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was thorough and meticulous. The process was quick and efficient yet careful. I'm so pleased that I thought of calling this store. read more

As packed & busy as it was, the guys who were working here today are awesome! They were friendly and knowledgeable and even went out of their way to help me print out a label because my printer ran out of ink this morning. If you need to mail a package I definitely recommend this location. read more

I've been a customer of this location since October 2012 AD. I ship about two packages every 90 days. I have nothing but good things to say about the service I've received at this location. Solid! read more

We ran across town to get there before cut-off for overnight shipping, and Michael went above and beyond to help us overnight a package to our Mom in Anchorage for her birthday. Thank you so much, Michael! read more

When I tried to drop off a pre-paid USPS package here, I was told by the clerk that they do not accept pre-paid USPS packages for pick-up here, despite being perfectly willing to sell me USPS postage for my package. He said that he would "make an exception this time since the package was small." It seems to me that since they didn't get an opportunity to mark up USPS rates, they won't hold my package for USPS pick up. I realize that on this particular occasion I was not spending money (I have shipped numerous packages here in the past, however) but I will not go back and spend any more money here if they are not going to make it a convenient place to do business. Apparently business is good enough at this location for them to be able to turn away customers with such a stupid policy. read more

Well here is a UPS Store that actually is friendly and cares about its customers. I can't foresee this one being owned by the one on highland avenue because it's clearly two different types of service. This store seems to care about its customers!! read more

Terrible service. Called first thing in the morning to see about getting a car title notorized. They said sure all day, told the guy on the phone I would be there at 1:30, said no problem. I get there and they tell me they can't do it today. The lady there was a notary but the owner who was gone does the titles. Waist of time read more

This is the best UPS store in town. They always take care of the packages I drop off. Very helpful!

I had to get a fingerprint clearance card for a job and the man who waited on me was extremely patient with me. He went above and beyond, great customer service! I had a terrible experience with a UPS store closer to home so I will be going to this one instead from now on! read more

I use this store for all my packing and shipping needs for business and personal. I have dealt with multiple stores over the past 6 years for work and was so glad this one opened so close. They are friendly and helpful. We have multiple mail boxes there and they are always willing to help carry the many packages that I received daily. I refer many of our clients to them and have never had any complaints on their service. They also are great to printing services and I use them for printing photography and ads. This is an A+ store! read more

Experienced extremely rude and unprofessional service -FROM THE OWNER. The day that i went he was too busy looking women up and down and objectifying them to provide me with professional and courteous service. And ontop of that he tries to swindle customers by charging them for supplies they do not need ..check your receipts it will be under "other packing supplies" ...shameful and shady. read more
