Their computer saves all the addresses where you mail packages, so everyone's info was in the computer from last year, making it a very streamlined and quick process. It's also an easy place to drop off mail at their courtesy Mail Drop. The hours are weekdays 8 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturdays 9 AM to 5 PM, and closed Sundays. This location has many services including document binding, faxing, mailbox centers, photo printing, sign printing, shipping centers, copy making services, lamination, printing, poster printing, and scanning. While of these services, I have only used the shipping center, I have also stopped here multiple times for Amazon returns, notary services, and even to just troubleshoot mail issues relating to The UPS Store locations. I have also enjoyed shopping for entertaining greeting cards and colorful packaging materials. I almost never get a better deal than what eBay is offering for their labels. This location has two of the sweetest dogs hanging out behind the counter, it was really nice to see such well behaved pups. Some people may not appreciate this, but I lost my pup a couple months ago... and it was enjoyable for me to hang out with these two pups while my order was being packed. I really dreaded making the drive and doing the errand, but by the time I got home I still had a smile on my face from the positive experience. I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
