    While it wasn't perfect, they were much better today than last time. It felt like they actually wanted my business and that is a huge improvement. So thank you for that. But, the reason I'm updating this post is because of this... Last time I did an Amazon return using their location to drop off, they made me remove it from the Amazon packaging which wasn't opened before I got there and they gave me a receipt that provided me no way of tracking the return because it had a "reference" number instead of a tracking number. The receipt they gave me today had a tracking number, so I will be able to track the return. Thanks for changing your practice there. So, much better than the last time.

    extremely over priced, tried to charge me 45.00 dollars to scan and email and 20 pages. beware yelpers!!!!!will never go back

    Choose an alternate UPS location! Slow service with long line. Manager incredibly rude. Very expensive.

    friendly people but a bit pricy, like all UPS stores. would recommend to leave e-mail, so you can track your shipping!

    Sometimes the lines are long and there's only one employee handling it all. But when there's at…read moreleast two employees the line is swift. So the employees here are great. The company as a whole could improve. I only come here to pick up my FedEx packages since they always deliver when I'm away and I have to sign and present ID to prove I'm over 18 for my package. I wish I could have it just be pick up at location instead of having to go through the process of having to wait for an undelivered email in order to request pick up at location. I feel that they overcharge for boxes and packaging supplies but so does UPS. I much rather support the USPS for packaging supplies.

    Not a fan of their new (well, not really new) shipping practices where they try and get you to use…read moretheir automated shipping system. The problem is that there isn't very much information provided when using that process. An example from today comes to mind. I'm shipping something that has an internal battery back to the manufacturer for repair. It doesn't seem to want to charge. When I went to use the automated check-in system, I was prompted to certify that my package didn't include hazardous materials. But, there isn't any information as to WHAT they consider hazardous. Because I wasn't sure if the battery in the package was considered hazardous, I decided to use the human based check in. The first words out of the person (who was female) who helped me's mouth was, "You know you could have used the automated check-in in." Not hi, not hello...but trying to drive me to that system. When I explained why I was going with human check in, her tone and body language were incredibly condescending. I felt like she was trying to chide me for wanting to ensure I followed their practices. I highlight this interaction because Neal and the team here have been my go to for some time both personally and professionally when I need something printed or shipped. I'm not going to change that, but I really wish they wouldn't treat people who want to be sure they are doing it right so poorly. It's not the first time I've had this challenge. This is why I decided to Yelp it. Customers should know what the experience will be like if you choose not to use their automated process.

    Came here for a passport appointment. We got here about 10 minutes early and they took us right…read moreaway. Super efficient and easy process. The person helping us was Winnie and she was very knowledgeable, friendly, and great to work with. We had booked a photo service with our appointment, they will take you to the back room to take a photo and make sure it's to your liking before they print it. After we left, we realized we had left my son's jacket on the counter. I called the store and asked if they could leave it in the front lobby for us to pickup later as we would not have been able to come back before they closed, and they were able to accommodate our request.

I realized last minute while reading the forms again that we needed a photocopy of his birth certificate as well as our IDs so I called and reached Kevin. He was very kind that it was all covered with our passport appointment. We got there on time and it is at a beautiful location with a short line (miracle?!) We were helped by Nick and he was such an all around fantastic person! The process went super smoothly and he got a picture of our swivel-headed infant on the first try!! I packed toys and was prepared for quite an ordeal but was so pleasantly surprised! I really have to commend this place for such amazing customer service! Beautiful beach location, short lines, amazing people--the perfect trifecta in a post office! I'll be back!
