This is a dope UPS store a cool dude took pics of my sister and I for passports. Nice lady helped me send some packages too.

Rose was the woman behind the counter this morning and she very deftly and happily helped me and others. I was in and out in under ten minutes with two transactions. read more

I've been using the UPS store for personal and business stuff for YEARS (since they were over in the Crespi Center). I really don't get the low ratings - for one, try to get the same level at FedEx Kinko's as you do at UPS - ain't happening. And to the idiot assailing Rose for her clothing - she's a hard-working, caring, helpful person. If you found otherwise you might want to look at yourself. No, I'm not a personal friend or employee, just a customer who has NEVER had any issues with this place ever. Believe the high ratings folks, and ignore the haters!! read more

Tried to ship a package. Online the calculator said it would be about $50 but at the store they tried to charge over $100. They were super rude about it and said that the online was different than at the store because I measure half an inch off. But even when we put in the half inch I measured it was the same expensive price. I felt very uncomfortable while talking with them. Went to a different company and was able to ship fine for the price I was expecting. read more

This place has saved me multiple times, especially tonight when I had something urgent to print. I arrived very close to closing time and Vincent was very patient with me while I logged into my email to access a file to print. Yes, it is expensive and of course cheaper to do any of this at home, but when you urgently need something printed, time usually trumps a few dollars. Certainly saved me from driving all the way to Colma! read more

Vincent, Wendy, Rose and the rest of the crew always do an incredible job. I often have international shipping to do and they handle it perfect every time. They are cheerful and always helpful. They have a keen eye for detail. read more

This looks to be a fine solution for supplies or a P.O. Box, but the service for UPS and packing was the most frustrating and least helpful I have ever experienced. The young man there seemed to have some social or personality disorder that made him incapable of understanding my needs The customer experience and service was so impersonal, awkward and lacking in any understanding (or empathy) that I left the store in the middle of the purchase. I have NEVER done this before, and I have never left a negative review on any site. Sorry, but "good service" means relating to customers in a friendly manner and trying to help them meet their needs. read more

After realizing that our printer/scanner could only scan one page at a time, I frantically arrived at the UPS store with my stack of papers that needed to be sent to a pdf file for my hopeful new employer. James helped me immediately and off my file went. Super easy, fast and reliable. A little expensive, especially for the effort that went into it. read more

What a great service! If you live somewhere without a covered porch, or if you travel a lot or are out all day (while getting those 3rd attempt notices), it is so great to have someone manage your mail, collect your packages, etc. I LOVE having a UPS shop help me with all my mail and packages that are always coming in. I get lots of stuff - I order almost everything online. One of the best things I ever did was rent a mailbox from them, not having my mail come to my home. I do get just 2 utility bills to my home - required for kids school, proof of residency, but everything else goes to the UPS Store. They are great also for sending things out, but you really should pack your own packages, as others have said, since it is very expensive to use the full packing service. I pack my own boxes, keep packing tape in my car, and drop the package off at the UPS store ready to go. If need unusual boxes, I order them from U-Line. Although the UPS can pack your shipment, this is not their main area of service. They really specialize more in receipt of items or shipping of items that are already packaged. Also their shredding service is pricey, so I still drive over to east bay to Automatic Response Systems of Berkeley for that, usually 2 bins at a time as needed. Several times the UPS store has helped me load large and heavy boxes into the back of my SUV that arrived at the UPS Store (furniture - one box was 185 lb). Oh, and they notarize things for you too, and I've had a number of documents notarized at the UPS Store too. Rose is always delightful and friendly, who works there full-time. This is an awesome service! Highly recommend! read more

Stay away and if you must go watch everything they do with a sharp eye. The people who run this place are a piece of work, especially the person with the hat, rude, crude and the cheap. I was there again last week to return some Zappos and they charged me for tape. Several weeks ago they did a large fax project for me and screwed that up so bad the faxes never arrived and they lost a document. Want good service on the coast go to the HMB store, they won't charge you for tape. To Chris R, I am not a disappearing Yelper and this place has the worst customer service on the coast, that is right Chris the WORST. The fact that they are really LOCAL is the problem dude. read more

Excellent service and passport photos that don't make you cringe !

I've been using Pacifica UPS ever since I've moved here approx 10 years ago. I am in dental sales and let's just say, I have to do returns, mailings of samples and products "every so often"! I've used a tin of UPS stores and this UPS store has to be my favorite. From day 1 they made me feel welcome even with all my un organized boxes and pre printed labels I come stumbling in with (unlike others I've been to that make you feel like you're bothering them). I really enjoy everyone that works there. The work hard and get things done. And my dog Louie always loves to visit Rose for a doggie treat and some pets!!! As far as charging for tape, that's a legitimate charge!!! Are they supposed to supply your tape? Are they supposed to supply tape for entire town? Places I've been have asked me to buy an entire roll. At least these guys only charge $1 and tape it for you.I think people fail to understand that since UPS bought mailboxes ( or whatever the deal was) many went out of business. Especially with all the pre paid shipping. The store only makes money off of their sales. Very little from shipping. And to the people who felt that calling people names and criticizing someone's wardrobe is some how ok, then maybe you need to check yourself! Maybe you're the douche bag. read more

This store is great. The staff is so friendly, helpful and courteous that I have stopped going to the post office entirely (off of Crespi) and just come here for all my mailing needs. Even though they charge slightly more than the post office, it is well worth it. Easy parking, easy in and easy out, and never much of a wait. Also, they have the supplies there that I need when I am mailing this or that or the other. Rose is great by the way ! For the person that judged her by her clothing, I think that they were either new in town or just passing through ! She is absolutely wonderful - regardless of how many people are in there - I have never seen her crack under pressure! VIVA ROSE ! Tell her Forrest sent you ! read more

This place is awesome! Rose, and everyone there, is so sweet and nice to me. I have had a personal mailbox here for a couple of years now. I call to see if I have packages and they are super helpful to let me know ahead of time if I have something. There is an email system, too, when I get a UPS package at my mailbox. They even got me a little gift one time around Christmastime and a signed card from them all. Thanks!! read more

I love, love, LOVE this store. I just called to ask them their hours and I was told that they had just closed. Vincent (the worker) asked me what I needed and I told him that I needed to make copies, so he told me to come down and he stayed open, waiting for me! Yes, that is service with a smile. Honestly, I would give them 10 stars, if I could. Love the UPS Store in Pacifica! read more

extremely over priced, tried to charge me 45.00 dollars to scan and email and 20 pages. beware yelpers!!!!!will never go back

Absolute worst customer service ever! I went in to drop off 4 boxes, all with pre-paid shipping labels. When I walked in, no one was out front, but I was then met by an employee who acted as if I was the rudest person ever for interrupting whatever he was doing in the back. Through the 5 minutes I was there, he said 2 words to me and spent most of the time on his cell phone. Not to mention, they charged me $6 for tape. I've been to many other UPS stores who gladly taped a box up for free. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else where they understand how to treat customers. read more

Choose an alternate UPS location! Slow service with long line. Manager incredibly rude. Very expensive.

Best shipping store I've been to. They are quick and friendly. No hint of slow-poke passive-aggressive counter service. And they seem to know what they are doing. Certainly, any questions I've had they've been able to answer. read more

I had a package all ready to go, just needed a piece of tape. Didn't have any cash on me. The guy was a giant douche about it, he wanted a dollar for a frigging piece of tape! I told him to shove it. Went to the PO instead. read more

Josephine was especially helpful solving a shipping challenge. My package got shipped in time for a critical deadline. Great customer service!!! read more

I just had finger printing done. Super fast, very nice staff! Including shipping an oversized envelope, my total came to $16! I'm coming here in the future. read more

At Christmas my girlfriend ordered an item, but when UPS attempted delivery we were not home, so they took our package to this store. Even though they are a UPS store, they refused the package! Isn't that part of their job to hold UPS packages for folks? Well, apparently not, and in refusing the package it was marked as "refused by recipient." This means it was sent back to the sender! The worst part was that the owner played it up saying "I'm not sure why the package isn't here." However, when a UPS truck arrived with packages for drop off she told the driver, "UPS doesn't pay me to hold packages so I won't take them." Thanks for that, that "refused by recipient" took 3 hours of phone calls, to get things straightened back out. Luckily, the drivers didn't try to drop the package off there again! read more

UPS rerouted my delivery to this location because I was not present at the time to give a signature. Even though the tracking number confirmed that my package was dropped off here and signed by one of their employees, the people at the counter insisted they did not have my package and told me they had been turning away packages since they had a small area. They were no help and they told me to contact customer service myself. read more

friendly people but a bit pricy, like all UPS stores. would recommend to leave e-mail, so you can track your shipping!

Was just in the store making copies and was very impressed with the service. The staff seemed so pleasant and were very helpful. Thanks for the great experience. read more

I went to get a live scan done today. Super annoyed that when finally someone came out from the back, I was told that there was nobody licensed to do that today. Really on a Saturday ?? If this store provides this service and states hours of operation shouldn't they actually do just that? read more

I recommend NOT buying shipping from this location. They charged me 33% more for shipping compared to the UPS website, which is a substantial amount when shipping a large package. I don't know if its standard UPS policy to pad shipping costs at physical stores or if its specific to this location. Either way I'm not doing business with UPS moving forward. Fedex costs 50% what I was charged at this location. read more

Conveniently located, that's about the best thing I can say about this place. Have to agree with Mike H. and Marshall C. Cowboy hat woman is gruff, unfriendly and answers questions with one word answers. Makes it seem like you are interrupting her very important other work, somehow. Couldn't answer my question about Ups printing online-had to call another woman from the back (who was much nicer and more helpful) to answer what should be a no-brainer...if you work there, since yea, its posted in YOUR STORE. Nicer woman began helping someone else as I emailed doc to Ups to print after she explained to me what to do. Nobody else in store. Cowboy hat (really, lady??) woman proceeded to ignore me standing there waiting for her to check if my email arrived and continued cutting some paper (i'm sure a customer's order--who wasn't waiting in front of her, btw) as if I wasn't there for about 10 minutes. I had to interrupt her to ask her to check. Every time I go there its the same crazy hat lady or the weird guy who should only work in a back room somwhere sorting boxes. They charge you for every little thing, and now reading that each UPS sets their own prices, I see where the problem lies. They charged me $2.60 to print ONE sheet of regular paper, which was a PRE-PAID UPS LABEL, FFS! I mean, they're already getting paid for it, WTH? UPS was used by my shipper so I had no other choice, but when I do have a choice, its FedEx (who will give you free everything with a smile and its worth the price) or even the Post Office. Come to think of it, I've never seen an employee at the Post Office act as rude as this hat lady, and that's something to say. read more
