The big guy Mike inside has been price gouging me for three years now. Every time I question him about it he raises the price the next time I order. I own a two person small business in Fairmont area of Pacifica. With that said we are a small small local business that Mike seems to think he can jack the price up on whenever and not disclose that upon ordering. We as a small business look at our receipts, and we have all our receipts logged, and you could see up to a 35% increase on products we've been buying for three years. Within the last 60 days he has raised our sticker price by $20-$25 without notice. He says to my face there not price gouging but he's not informing me of any increase. I've been have this problem with them for 3 years now. We use John the sign guy because he is too a local small business. We have dealt with a lot of miss prints and mistakes that we still paid for. We buy stickers by the hundreds and they raised the price $30 per every hundred. They use to cut our stickers now they don't. They just hand us a bunch of sheets and charge us more for them all the while there doing less work. Horrible. At this point we don't know what to do. Looking into price gouging laws and lawyers. This isn't good business when u over charge your local small businesses. read more

If I could give more stars, I would! As an artist, I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and also what I didn't know (from trying do print my shirts at home). Bringing my designs to Mike and John was the absolute BEST decision I could've made. If you are looking for a business to manufacture apparel, these are absolutely your guys. John and Mike sat down with me and fine-tuned my images right in front of me, making sure to show me how they were using their software to tweak the designs and including me in each step. Although the phone is ringing off the hook, I was given their undivided attention from the moment I walked in to when I felt completely 100% satisfied with our designs and our business plan. I felt extremely heard by them and, while other printing companies leave you with an insane pricing quote and many unanswered questions, Mike was extremely TRANSPARENT and HONEST about payments and charges and that is a huge reason why they stand apart from other businesses. They are RELIABLE and CONSISTENT. They called me the very next day to invite Me in to see my finished samples, I was in awe of how they turned out- better than I could have imagined. Josh, the printer, is truly an artist, and worked with me to explain the different materials and processes of pressing and printing and went the extra mile to ensure that the shirts were customized the way I had imagined them. I am updating my review. I went back here for several years for t-shirts and even our senior sweat shirt. Looking at the last 2 year's senior sweatshirts--ours came out better than theirs. I would am changing my review from 4 stars to 5 stars because our Senior Sweatshirts were delivered to us because it was a large bulky order. Now--I would still recommend ordering in advance. I am a teacher who ordered t-shirts for high school students. The art work came out PERFECTLY! The kids loved them and esp liked their names. Only reason he didn't get 5 stars was I went by to look at my art and he was at lunch--a lunch that lasted for 2-3 hours. Overall though--prices were good, quality was excellent, Mike was awesome. It pains me to write this in view of all the glowing responses. Maybe my first clue should have been when John the Sign Guy, himself, called them "lies". I think he was joking but... I had a custom T shirt design I wanted to try so I stopped by and they couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. They offered up a protoyping service -one shirt- so I could see how it would look and go from there. So I got back home and emailed them my design. A fair amount of confusion ensued so they asked me to call them. I did and got their voice mail. No return call. I called again. Left another VM. No return call. Turns out, it was Mike's number -not John's- and Mike doesn't listen to his voice mail. So, finally, I got a hold of John and the shirt was done that afternoon. It looked GREAT! In the end, though, I decided to hold off on the shirts and see if John the Sign Guy could make pin-on buttons. I sent an email to ask. No reply. Sent another. No reply. Sent another. No reply. Well, screw it. Now time is getting short so I called and got Mike again. He said he could make stickers in time but he'd have to call someone to find out about the lead time needed for buttons. This was late morning and Mike said he would get back to me that afternoon. Did he? No. So, now there's no way they can be done on time and I have to scrap the idea. To say I'm disappointed would not be a lie. So, John the Sign Guy rained on my parade by being non-responsive and uncaring about his customers. I won't bother trying them again.
