The job took half an hour. The cool part was I meet the owner( Mike ). We talked about businesses. Good and cool guy , Mike. We both agreed that it is about quality not quantity there's days. I plan to work with Jacky for my next cars.

I really respect that and appreciate them doing so because they could have told me to kick rocks. Anyone who can admit they messed when they did is someone I'm willing to go back to because they have my trust. Many businesses these days have poor customer service and support. These guys have it. The manager was very courteous and took care of me.

I'll be honest, I'm still learning about paint health but I know enough to recognize when something needs attention. I love my car, it's reliable, it supports everything I need to do in my life--and since I fully own it, I wanted to do something meaningful for it for my birthday. They walked me through two options: vinyl vs. PPF. And the way they explained PPF just made sense. It wasn't just about aesthetics, it was about peace of mind. Protection from all the elements this car goes through daily. Longevity. Something that holds integrity over time, not just a quick fix. That mattered to me. The owner was incredibly informative. You can tell there's intention behind everything here: not just the service, but the design, the experience, the way they think. As a designer, I pick up on that immediately. It doesn't feel random...it feels considered. And the front desk, she was amazing! I wish I remembered her name. But you know when someone's vibe is just genuine? Not performative, not transactional--just kind, attentive, and actually caring about helping you? That was her. It makes a difference. What really surprised me was the turnaround. Same day. I wasn't expecting that at all! They finished the roof in a black gloss PPF, and it completely transformed the car. It looks like a panoramic roof now--clean, elevated, honestly more expensive. It was such a strong recommendation, and I'm really glad I trusted it. We also talked about window tinting, and after this experience, I'm already planning to come back. The level of professionalism, the clarity, the care--it's consistent across everything they do. When you get PPF you get a followup appointment to ensure everything is curing properly. You can tell they work on luxury vehicles, there's a precision to their standards. But what stood out to me is that they bring that same level of care to anyone who walks in. I always passed by GraphTech in Daly City, went there and was disappointed by their customer service. A $35/fee oh come on! That's nonsense! So when I went home, I went back on Yelp and noticed that this place had high ratings too, so I emailed Joel w/ the Hello Kitty Cupcake image i wanted and he quoted me for about $20. He also emailed to let me know that it was ready. Came by yesterday and I loved it! It was exactly the same as my friend's decal! Told him I'd come back today to pay for it, and I also emailed him last night an image of Keroppi and he made it for me.. so all together I got (2) of Hello Kitty and (2) of Keroppi for only $30! That's so much better than the other place. Can't wait to have more decals done here! Thanks so much Joel! I am a very happy customer!

Upon contacting them to rectify the issue, I was met with rudeness and a refusal to acknowledge the mistake. I was told that it's just how vinyl printing works, which was neither helpful nor satisfactory. Very disappointing service, especially considering the high reviews they had. Their prices were average, but now I completely wasted over $500, which is a lot of money when you're running a small business. Also beware, I went to their physical office in SSF as listen on Yelp, and it is another company (window tinting). Seems a little shady to me.

The workmanship is top-shelf as Danny knows his stuff and is an artisan of his craft, which requires lots of attention to detail. Between Danny and Gena, they run a beautiful shop in SSF with competitive prices on Llumar tint. I recently had to get some warranty work done on my ID.4 as the back window started "rippling" and distorting after only a couple of years, making rearview mirror images harder to see. Gena was able to get the work approved under warranty (it was an adhesive defect), made an appointment and brought the car in and the work was done in about an hour -- I can see clearly out the back window again. I will continue to go to Grizzly Tint with all my future vehicle acquisitions in the future....the best window tinting service in the Bay!
