I dropped off a package on Friday and was told it would be handed off to USPS on Monday, but as of Thursday evening, it still hasn't been shipped. This delay is especially concerning because the package contains an expensive perfume, and the situation is now reflecting poorly on my business. I've always had positive experiences before, so this was unexpected and frustrating. I hope they can improve communication and ensure timely handling of shipments moving forward. When you drop off a box and request a receipt for the drop off, the employee should graciously accept the request and print you one, hopefully with a smile or at least with a friendly attitude. What they should not do is act as if you are putting them out, throwing their hands in the air out of frustration because they have to stop what they are doing, say "give me a second!!" in a frustrating and nasty tone to go and print you a receipt they should do automatically anyway. Being a business owner myself, employees need to realize that the personality they project to their customers determines if a person will come back or not. I requested the receipt and was even patient while he finished up what he was doing, despite his rude behavior and demeanor. I almost asked him if I was putting him out, by requesting something that should be automatic in the first place, but I didn't because I was not sure what he would do to my package when I left. You do not act like that with a customer period, especially one who has every right to ask for a receipt for their records no matter how bad your day is or what you are in the middle of at the time. On 8/30/21 at approximately 1330 hours, I came to this location because it was conveniently located…read moreto me. I needed to send out a small titanium bleeder screw that I sold but the customer didn't want me to mail it out with a normal envelope. So I came here to buy a padded envelope to mail out. I came in and was greeted by a middle Eastern male employee. I handed him the padded envelope and told him I needed to mail it out to CA. He then tells me it will cost $15!! And that this is the flat rate. I was like wtf. I knew this was definitely not the cheapest option as the employee never offered me any other options. I then stated can I just do Usps first class and mail it out. The total then became around $4 which is a lot more reasonable for a screw worth around $20. It didn't seem like this employee had the customer's best interest as most places will offer me different shipping options. If I did but have any previous experience in shipping items out, I would of paid for the $15 shipping fee. I highly don't recommend anybody coming here unless you want to be ripped off. But if you do decide to come here, make sure you know your own shipping options first before you speak to the employee. I attached a copy of the receipt to prove I was an actual customer here. Update: I think it's super funny of the reply by a "professional" business owner. Everything you said is untrue but I wouldn't stoop to your level. But your reply on a public Yelp page lets all the customers know how you treat customers and how "professional," you are. It makes you look even worse. :) Have a great day!
