I had a time-sensitive check for a vendor that I tried to overnight to an Atlanta address from this store (just 40 miles away) on 10/17/23. Used UPS Next Day Air, which is supposed to come with a guarantee. The package didn't arrive until 10/23/23. Tracking at one point showed it in Colorado. I had been traveling and busy with work so unable to go into store to address until 11/3/23. I actually got told I had only 7 days to advise them there was an issue, per the terms of service, so out of luck on any refund or reimbursement. The same TOS that guarantee delivery? The manager just glared at me like it was my fault and UPS not responsible. UPS corporate refused to do anything, blaming it back to the store. Use anyone else but this store and use another carrier if you need something you can rely on. read more

What happened to good old Customer Service and customer appreciation? The UPS store next to the Kroger on Atlanta Highway is the store I am reviewing I have used this store in the past and I guess I never thought much about it but they charge you for everything. For example, if they have to put a piece of tape on your box they charge you this morning I was in there and asked them to print out a shipping label. They wanted to charge me over two dollars to print a shipping label which I thought was not good customer service since they were making money on the shipping. I don't mind paying a small fee but if they don't value their customers enough to make it convenient since many of us do not have printers at home then I will take my business elsewhere. This is the best UPS store I have been to. The prior owner was horrible but the new owner has turned the store around. He is very pleasant and professional along with the entire staff. I just went in to ship some shoes back to Zappos and I asked the lady working today (CHRISTMAS Eve 2019) if she would tape the box up in front of me, and she told me no. I asked why and she said because my tape is in the back. I said let me have my package back and I will take it somewhere else. She took the box from me and proceeds to take the the box, which she magically had tape right there under the front counter. She taped it half way across the top, to where you can tell there's going to be a problem with it coming open during shipping, so I told her forget about it and grabbed the package and walked out. Don't go here for any reason. Terrible customer service. Update: I was the only customer in the place, and when asked, the female employee refused to tape the package in front of me, until I asked for the package back. She magically had a roll of tape right there under the front counter within her immediate reach. Then she taped it half way, and I knew then that she was not going to give me the kind of service I would expect. I went to a different UPS store up on exit 14 off hwy 400, and received much better customer service. read more

Nishan has done a great job with creating and printing graduation banners and COVID signage for our neighborhood. He is always quick, responsive, timely and personable. I will not ship from this store ever again. I sell items online and this store is the closest USPS drop off point to me (I'm not close to any post office) so I bring my pre-paid/labeled packages here. Today I watched the employee? owner? take my packages from the counter and then drop them from chest high onto the floor. Boom, boom as they hit the floor. One contained a $200 Baccarat vase and the other $60 of plates. Both had red fragile stickers on every side. I am beyond outraged. If they will do this when you are standing right in front of them what are they doing when you're not?? Both things are insured and double boxed so I pray they arrive safely. But if they don't, I'm the one that has to deal with the hassle of refunding an unhappy customer and getting re-paid by the post office. I'm the one that risks a bad rating on my business because of damage. Employee's like this are why shipping rates continue to go up. read more

I stopped by the store today around 1 pm and the door was wide open and nobody was in the store. I called out several times and no answer. Another customer walked to the back of the store and the door was wide open with a purse sitting on the desk. I left very concerned for the clerk. As I was walking out of the store, I met the clerk. She was so nasty and rude to me. I just stated I was actually concerned for her. She had a Starbucks in her hand and told me to mind my own business and to leave the store. There was mail sitting all over the counter which to me should be against the law. This is the worst run UPS store ever. If you use the mailboxes in the store....be warned. Your mail is left unattended on the counter. read more

First and last time at this location. The staff is unkind and act as if it is a hassle to help you. There were no other customers when I was there, yet it was the longest time I've ever spent in a UPS store. The guy who was getting postage for my two packages did not even look to see that they were going to two different people in two different states as he was putting the postage on. He didn't seem to know what he was doing, fumbling around and asking the same questions repeatedly. Will not be back. read more

I visit this business frequently as I live only 2 miles away. I have no idea what the heck the most recent 1 star review (Michael K.) is talking about as this establishment is very considerate and welcoming to serve as many customers as possible (with a smile I should add) until closing time. That review is either a one-off or an outright lie because this UPS has served me right around closing time before. I wouldn't want to continue showing up at closing time though because I'm sure these people have families they need to get home to and it probably takes time to close up shop. This store is fantastic and is run by kind, reasonable, and professional people who do a wonderful job for the neighborhood! I mostly use them for Amazon returns and they never once complained about all the random crap I bring in, unpackaged sometimes, to be returned. Make sure you have the right Amazon return label though, because if it needs a box and you don't have one, that's your fault (guilty). read more

What a shame! Compare this location's reviews with all the other UPS Stores in the area. This location is horrible. That can't be good for the brand. I've been to this location about a half-dozen times and every single time it was a horrible experience. I have encountered a male and a female employee here, and they were both horrible, angry people. They clearly hate their jobs, and their customers, and it shows. They let out audible huffs and roll their eyes. I had to send something out of the country recently, and that was the last time I'll ever go to this place. The lady was clearly angry with me; huffing and puffing and grunting at me. The nerve I must have as a customer to expect them to do something apparently so complicated! (hint: it's not at all complicated) It was almost painful watching her try to figure out the mysterious additional steps of declaring the contents and their respective values. I wanted to spin her computer terminal around and just do it for her. Eventually, having lost any and all hope that she could possibly get it right, I told her never mind and left for Parcel Plus about 1/4 mile South where my experience was as expected: quick and easy. read more

I use this store regularly to drop off prepaid UPS packages. No problems. Never had a bad experience.

Horrible service under the new ownership. I went to drop a heavy item with pre-paid digital label. (Owner) Manager, Patel claimed he can't read UPS code off of my phone and asked to print label using his computer and printer for $2.50 for a page. I wasn't comfortable using a public computer to login to email and I forgot my wallet at home so, I asked if he can process the return and I bring the money later. He demanded I go home and get my credit card and swipe on his printer to print. I found $2.00 coins in my truck but, he insisted me going home and come back with my credit card and pay $2.50. Not at all showing any courtesy/service that I had experienced at the same store under previous management. I expressed my disappointment but, he said arrogantly, he is not going to loose anything by his acts. We will never go to this store again. My advice is to avoid this place, rude management and hassle. Save the day. read more

Not sure about the women being mentioned in previous review. I only dealt with two pleasant gentleman. Service is exceptional. They do stay busy there! We have mailbox for our business with this location. There are different people from our business that call on daily basis checking for mail and boxes and they have plenty of patience for us.
