Prior to the older associate wrapping up with her current customer she waved her hand for the lady behind me to come up instead of me who was next in line. I assumed she was there prior but that wasn't the case. I still stayed in the line. The younger associate was still assisting her customer. However the older associate finished with the customer and then proceeded to have a conversation with the customer. At that point I grabbed the manager card, and left the store. I went to another UPS store 15 minutes away, and received excellent customer service. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service from the Georgetown, KY location. It is my hope that the older associate get more training in treating all customers with the same level of courtesy and respect. Boxes, tape, envelopes, etc. you can get it all here. Very easy and stress-free for those who have never shipped anything. The location is convenient as it's located in t he Hamburg shopping area.
