Now, the actual cleaning service is good enough, but there's absolutely no reason it should take 5 days to get a suit cleaned. In my line of work, sometimes I have to testify in court. It was a Friday and I learned I would be needed in court next Wednesday morning. So, I took my best suit here to get it cleaned. Dropping it off after work on a Friday afternoon, they told me it would be ready at 7 AM next Wednesday. Indeed, it was ready at 7 AM on Wednesday, and not a moment before. I had to rush home, get dressed and dash off to make it to court, barely in time. It should not take 5 days to get a suit cleaned at a dry cleaner. That should be next-day service (or two days at most, if you get it in late in the day). They'll get your stuff clean, but it's worth your time to go some other place and get it done in a more timely fashion.
