There are multiple payment options: cash, credit, debit, Apple/Google pay, loyalty card, and app. There is a single unisex bathroom, vending machines, seating, a play space for children, free wifi, and ample folding tables. We were in and out in a about an hour. We were greeted by Isabella, the attendant, upon entering the facility. She gave us a run down of the various washing machines/settings and offered to assist us. Washing machines use ozone water helping to disinfect laundry and spin at such a high rate, many clothing items were almost dry at the end of the cycle. High heat on the dryers and bidirectional spin (spins right, pauses, spins left, pauses, spins right, etc.) had a load of towels dry in 18 minutes. Leonard, the owner, was on site during our visit. He too checked in with us to see if we needed anything and were enjoying (as much as anyone can doing laundry) our experience. The value in time saved and quality of experience is well worth it at Lola's.

Too slow. I live right down the road from this place, but I now take my cleaning to a place…read morefurther away that can actually have cleaning done for next-day service. Now, the actual cleaning service is good enough, but there's absolutely no reason it should take 5 days to get a suit cleaned. In my line of work, sometimes I have to testify in court. It was a Friday and I learned I would be needed in court next Wednesday morning. So, I took my best suit here to get it cleaned. Dropping it off after work on a Friday afternoon, they told me it would be ready at 7 AM next Wednesday. Indeed, it was ready at 7 AM on Wednesday, and not a moment before. I had to rush home, get dressed and dash off to make it to court, barely in time. It should not take 5 days to get a suit cleaned at a dry cleaner. That should be next-day service (or two days at most, if you get it in late in the day). They'll get your stuff clean, but it's worth your time to go some other place and get it done in a more timely fashion.
