It takes about 20 minutes to get from the front gate back to the arena. They have very limited selection of food/drinks for this event. The rodeo is very entertaining and we had a great time. The acoustics and sound for the concert portion is terrible. The music sounds muffled. I think this year was worse than last year. They definitely need to work on the sound for future concerts here.

We called them and came out to look at our unit and said we needed a certain part, so all this seems normal so we give the ok to repair that part based on the quote received. Kenny from artic air came out and in 5 minutes he said that we needed a new unit. I then told Kenny what had happened so far with this company and he said we got taken and he was going to prove it to me. Her said to follow me and he got a paper towel. He dipped the paper towel into the unit and it came out with a bunch of green stuff on it. He said this particular brand and model had a known issue with this problem and anyone in the industry should be aware. So he said they probably did the "repair" first to just run up our bill. Then when I went with the other company for repairs he sent me an even higher bill claiming he had to pay shipping and he was just recouping what he paid - which I confirmed with Fayette heating and air that he did NOT. He is a lair and a cheat, I do NOT recommend!!!

Contacted this company to come inspect an existing geothermal unit ($110) in a house we had under…read morecontract and Larry spent less than 10 minutes there and said the unit was running up to par but was older than told to us by the seller, also where the filter was located and that it needed to be changed. When our inspector followed him to look at the unit he discovered there was no filter and that the unit was 100% clogged with debris! When questioning Larry about missing them his response was "ok thanks" then, after asking again "sorry I got to talking and forgot to look." He missed a crucial finding about the system in the house we were about to buy! This has likely lowered the life expectancy of the unit and could have gone longer without being noticed had our amazing inspector Ben Hendricks not taken the time to come after Larry and inspect it also. Stay far away from this company! They do not value their customers and are only looking to make a quick buck!!!! Do not trust your geo system in his hands!
