I assume to finalize the price. That was doable for me as I need my laptop for classes. Instead, my laptop has been here 11 days, 7 business days, with nothing done until I came into the store today. Not the intake of serial numbers for updated price, not ordering the parts. I called after 5 full business days and was told there was no update for me at all(Friday the 18th, was dropped off on the 11th). Okay, I waited and called again Monday, I got no answer, I left a voicemail asking for any update they had whether it was a parts thing or what. I received no followup. I called again this morning. No answer again. I decided to come to the store and I explained my problems. The person there in that moment took my laptop apart for the serial number to get the correct part. He came back out and said that if I was still okay with it, he could go ahead and order it now and the PART would LIKELY be here at the end of the week and that the reason it took so long is that they like to double check serial numbers and order the correct part, he gave me no information on when my repair might be done. If he could do it the second I came into the store why was it not already done SIMPLY so the part could be ordered? I had no other option but to leave it here as I already payed the deposit which would take another week to refund and I need it fixed ASAP for my college classes, otherwise, my business, and yours should be taken elsewhere.

The fine folks here have helped me out by doing work quickly and affordably, with friendly service.
