    Love this UPS store. It is my go to store when shipping internationally. They are the only place…read morearound that ships DHL. The staff here are super friendly and more then helpful. They are always patient and understanding. I am never in a hurry when I am shipping stuff, but do pay attention when they help people when I am waiting in line. They are so understanding and helpful and never loose their cool. If you are shipping anything to anywhere, i suggestion you go here. These people will do their best to get your packages where it needs to be.

    Walked in to ship something back from Amazon and it was a skinnier, reddish hair dude and a shorter…read moreguy. The shorter guy seemed somewhat friendly maybe a little bit new and ask how he could help showed him. The code told him I had an Amazon return and he went to go scan it, and the other guy just yelled "that needs to be packaged before we can send it"... OK sorry didn't notice a lot of my Amazon returns don't have to be packaged.... I then asked if I could buy a box and he took out his tape measure barely looked at the item and just said nope we don't have anything.. well Customer Service tip it kind of helps if you at least make an attempt and try to make it seem like you want to help/ maybe look in the back or something and if you really don't have it come out say I'm so sorry we don't have that box in stock or maybe give some other options or something.. just really gave the impression that he didn't want to do anything. It was an hour before closing..

    I went to this UPS store on July 11th @ 5:30pm. I was standing in line patiently waiting my turn…read more It was 2 associates working. One older lady and a young girl. They both had customers. Prior to the older associate wrapping up with her current customer she waved her hand for the lady behind me to come up instead of me who was next in line. I assumed she was there prior but that wasn't the case. I still stayed in the line. The younger associate was still assisting her customer. However the older associate finished with the customer and then proceeded to have a conversation with the customer. At that point I grabbed the manager card, and left the store. I went to another UPS store 15 minutes away, and received excellent customer service. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service from the Georgetown, KY location. It is my hope that the older associate get more training in treating all customers with the same level of courtesy and respect. I'm a retired Air Force veteran who was there to mail out a package to my son who is in the Army. The older associate who I believe name was Jane(not sure) made me feel as if I was not welcomed in the store. This is one of the worst experiences and would NOT recommend. NP

    Title: Unprofessional conduct, payment withheld, ruined personal time…read more Review: I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with Longship, brokered by Colin Dwenger. I booked a load for $3,300 from Cleveland, OH, with a partial delivery in Nashville, TN, and final delivery in Florida. I made it very clear that I was trying to get to Florida in time for my daughter's birthday, and Colin assured me that everything would go smoothly. At pickup, the shipper clearly showed me which part of the load was to be dropped off in Nashville, and which was for Florida. The trailer was loaded accordingly, with the Florida portion in front and the Nashville delivery in the rear. When I arrived in Nashville -- nobody was waiting for me as promised. I had to stay overnight and finally got unloaded the next morning, which already set me back. 300 miles into my drive from Nashville to Florida, Colin called and told me that the receiver in Nashville had mistakenly taken the wrong freight -- specifically, a box that should've gone to Florida. He asked me to drive back 300 miles to fix their mistake. Obviously, I declined. Two months later, they just withheld $1,100 from the agreed rate -- blaming me for something completely out of my control. The loading, unloading, and miscommunication were all on their side, yet I'm the one who was penalized. This is unethical, dishonest, and disrespectful to any carrier trying to run a professional business. I do not recommend working with Longship or Colin Dwenger. You've been warned.
