Brad and his crew helped us move on 10/22/23. We sold my Mom's home that we had lived in for 5…read moreyears and moved to a new home. I was, quite honestly, overwhelmed with the amount of things to move since I had avoided sorting through the majority of my Mom's things since her death. I cannot recommend this moving company enough. Brad and his crew made moving day go super smooth, he was extremely responsive to all of my texts in the days leadings up to our move, and on the day before our move (which happened to be my birthday) told me to stop stressing and go enjoy my day! I took him up on that and walked away from our chaotic house for the day and when they arrived the next morning, all went off without a hiccup. 10/10 recommend. They may not have been the cheapest option, but they were by the best option for us. So professional, not a single issue with damage etc., worked quickly and efficiently. Brad had came to our house a week or so prior to our move to give us quote and when we settled up at the end of our move, our total was significantly less the quote. How often does that happen? Again, highly recommend this moving company. They were above phenomenal!

Love this place. Christina and Solomon are amazing. I went through 3 other places with less than…read moreacceptable results. My searched ended here and I couldn't be happier. The location is great. Not right in town, but not out in BFE. No unsavory traffic in and around which makes me feel confident on the safety of my items. Plus the managers live onsite and actively watch over the units like its their own. If you have any issues don't hesitate to reach out to Christina, she is awesome and will take your problem make it hers and work it out to an acceptable outcome. As for the pricing, here I'm getting a lot bigger unit for only a few dollars more than the 3 previous places. Its got the "3" must for a storage unit: convenient location, secure premises, low prices. Just go.

I also never write reviews, but this place is a scam. Two summers in a row the air-conditioning…read moredidn't work in the climate-controlled space and they didn't inform the renters. I wouldn't have known had I not visited. They refused to give out their superior's contact info when they failed to address it. On top of that, once the summer was over instead of refunding me the money I paid for a climate-controlled space they raised the rent! I recently visited a new storage facility nearby and discovered what a real climate-controlled space is like: It felt like your living room while this place feels like a barn by comparison. And if that's not enough, their rates are ABOVE market level for that area. I'll be moving out of their soon but the damage is probably done. Ever since national chain Prime Storage purchased this facility it has gone rapidly down hill. The latest inconvenience is being unable to access your unit after 10 PM unless you pay an added "convenience fee". Avoid this dump at all costs. They are liars, thieves and thoroughly incompetent. Bottom line: You're not getting that for which you paid. You're paying to get screwed.
