I did pay early the last time I was in and that should not be a reason to move back the date. The due date, no matter the increase, should remain on the 22nd of every month. Money grab.

The staff were friendly and kind. They went the extra mile and retrieved de-icer when I couldn't get my lock to open one very cold afternoon. I was concerned about spending on storage, but I felt good about it because the site is secure and the other renters friendly. I had to meet a lot of people to show items for sale, and no one ever complained or gave me a cross look. Everyone was always very friendly and kind.
