The staff were friendly and kind. They went the extra mile and retrieved de-icer when I couldn't get my lock to open one very cold afternoon. I was concerned about spending on storage, but I felt good about it because the site is secure and the other renters friendly. I had to meet a lot of people to show items for sale, and no one ever complained or gave me a cross look. Everyone was always very friendly and kind. I have to say they weren't annoyed in the least that I changed the date 3 or 4 times . The unit was pro-rated because of how late we moved into it . The woman at the store front was super friendly and very patient with me as we've never used a storage facility before . The only thing I can complain about is that when I walked out of the office I tripped over one of the cement bumpers in the parking lot and fell on my face . I'm not sure how I missed that big bright yellow cement bumper coming back out . I'm not sure if they saw me face plant or not and to be honest I hope they didn't . I literally laid on the ground for 60 seconds wanting just to die of embarrassment. Now that everyone who reads this got a good laugh (and it's ok if you did because I laughed to). Anyway back to the review . The storage unit was clean and didn't have any funky odor to it&was easy to find once we went through the gate . The pricing is in my own opinion fair and I don't feel like they price gouge you at all. As much as I'm satisfied with the overall experience I hope we never have to use them again . On a side note I HATE moving !

Do not trust this company. My experience with StorageMart has been defined by predatory billing and…read moredeceptive advertising. They promised me a promotional rate and three months of covered rental insurance. Despite me providing proof of my own active insurance policy, they deliberately charged me for their own insurance at the start of the third month and point-blank refused to refund the money. It is clear that their business model relies on trapping customers in unauthorized charges and then hiding behind "administrative requirements" to keep your money. To make matters worse, the units are not the size they advertise. They consistently shave inches off the units--likely to cram more people into the facility--meaning you are paying for space you are not actually receiving. When I challenged them on this, they tried to offer me a "credit" for a unit I am already moving out of, showing that they have no intention of ever actually making things right. This is a dishonest, money-grabbing operation. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

It was very affordable and the staff (Bob and Michelle(a?)) were so kind and helpful.. Even when I thought the lightbulb blew in our unit, and they trekked all the way there on a hot summer day, with a new bulb in hand. Turns out, I just forgot to turn the timer on. They just laughed and said it happens all the time. They have a moving truck you can use to move in for free too (technically $15 plus gas. There is a $100 cash deposit you supply the morning of truck rental & get back the same day as long as you don't destroy it). We used the moving truck twice and had no problems. Moving out truck rental fees are slightly different. Same applies as move in, just add $50. Still better than U-Haul, in my opinion. I would definitely store here again! No credit checks or hoop jumping required. ;)

That way you can explain to customers like myself WHY this is happening!" I finally got an answer from their customer service number-Turns out myself and every other renter are paying for THEIR maintenance! You collect rent monthly from hundreds of us as renters and yet YOU can't pay for your own maintenance?? Instead you pass the buck off to the working class! Utter BS. Also beware of Rebecca the site manager-She's an ultra conservative "Christian" and a Trump supporter..She likes to let everyone know exactly how she feels about abortion, politics etc..I reported this to the company. So hey Rebecca! How about keeping your crappy opinions to yourself, having a shred of professionalism and just doing your job?!? Now I'm paying almost $400 a MONTH!!!! Beware of this storage company and DO NOT RENT HERE! I'll be vacating my unit probably next month due to their BS policies.
