Signing up for a unit was very easy, the prices were cheaper than any other fenced storage facilities in Georgetown, the unit looked like new when we got it, and the security fence around the property made us feel safe when we were there at night. We met the owner one night we were there and he was very friendly and very adamant about keeping everything in tip top shape. If we need a storage building in the future I won't hesitate to go back to them. They are the only storage company I will consider using in Georgetown.

I was not informed of this theft by the company even though they were aware of the issue as many other units had been broken into. I am now out a few family heirlooms because if this. I called the day before to confirm date and time and still they were not there. I called another unit at a different storage facility, they said they would be there and were not upon arrival. I tried tri-village. The person there was friendly and happy to help. He got me a unit immediately. I would have been screwed had he not been there. Thank you so much for helping! Kind of unethical from a recent notice I received…read more So they are raising rates on renting storage units; however, they set my pay date back a week (I pay on the 22nd, but they moved it to the 13th). I did pay early the last time I was in and that should not be a reason to move back the date. The due date, no matter the increase, should remain on the 22nd of every month. Money grab.
