I called the day before to confirm date and time and still they were not there. I called another unit at a different storage facility, they said they would be there and were not upon arrival. Signing up for a unit was very easy, the prices were cheaper than any other fenced storage facilities in Georgetown, the unit looked like new when we got it, and the security fence around the property made us feel safe when we were there at night. We met the owner one night we were there and he was very friendly and very adamant about keeping everything in tip top shape. If we need a storage building in the future I won't hesitate to go back to them. They are the only storage company I will consider using in Georgetown.

Maybe the customer service people at U-Haul could learn from her. Such a sweet lady, thank you so much for your help and calm attitude!!!

I was in need of storage as my initial unit never showed up with another storage unit. I called and…read moreasked if they had storage and if it was available in 15 minutes. Answer, "yes". I got there in 5 minutes and there was a sign on the door "out for lunch until 2:15" it was 1:30. My mover knocked on the house door next to the unit as there was a woman peeking out. She wouldn't open door nor help even though I had just called and confirmed storage in 15 minutes. Poor communication and sketchy storage. I moved on the next unit which was way better anyways.

Horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE!!! The "Owner" claims he's a Christian, claims the best prices with…read moregreat customer service. The truth is that's a LIE! He charges a 50.00 late fee, one day after its due then charges late fees on top of late fees. He's not open at the times listed. He has a drop box that you can leave money orders or checks but the box is not secure. If you try to make a payment at the office, there is a sign that says we are in and out, check back. Oh, and if schools are closed, he's not in either. So, if your payment is due on Wednesday, you better try to make a payment at least a week to two weeks in advance, cause if he's not in or he's "out" and you don't pay, you get a late fee and possibly more fees, plus 3 days being late. He sends a notice that your storage locker is being auctioned off. If you get this letter, you have to pay your fees, late fees any other fees he desires plus a 100.00 lawyer fee. Oh, and if you call to ask about the late fees or dispute the fees, he'll tell you "if you don't like it...MOVE OUT"! So, in closing, spend an extra 10.00 bucks a month and go to someplace better, hell ask a crackhead to watch your items.
