I tried tri-village. The person there was friendly and happy to help. He got me a unit immediately. I would have been screwed had he not been there. Thank you so much for helping! After sending me all around town I ended up back here at 9:30 and I was fuming mad. Wasted almost 2 hours and one the phone with U-Haul which was no help. I believe the lady at American Storages name was Marcia but I'm not 100% sure. Explained to her what was happening, this lady had a calming effect and made a nightmare into a pleasant experience. Maybe the customer service people at U-Haul could learn from her. Such a sweet lady, thank you so much for your help and calm attitude!!!

Dealing with this establishment for the last 4 months has quite literally been the worst experience…read moreof my life. From the moment I went to move my stuff in it has been pure chaos. The unit I originally reserved was not ready or even accessible when I came for move in. I have been there at least 10 times during their business hours and never are they there. Someone was able to get into the facility cut my lock off my unit and steal hundreds of dollars of items from my unit. That is just to list off a few situations over this summer: Literally I would feel better about storing my items in a plastic bag in a bush off Georgetown road because at least I would not have to deal with this place.
