At the last minute my friends who were originally going to help us move had to work. So we had to…read morerent a moving truck . I called the 800 number and made a reservation (the agent told me we could use a debit card to rent an eco van however when we got there the woman at the desk informed me that it has to be a credit card. Since I didn't bring one I thought we were in between a rock and a hard place however we were able to rent a moving van using just a debit card . They were so nice to us and walked us through the whole process. I think we paid 50.00 if that and soon enough we were moved into our new home and returned the truck before they closed . I definitely recommend this location and you may even see them dancing when you come back to return your rental !

My husband and I went to get a U-Haul trailer and preordered online. We were under the impression…read morethat we needed a ball and wiring, to which we got both. The guy they call Moe, was extremely helpful and very kind. But he failed to tell us ahead of time that we didn't need the wiring before going through with the sale. When we tried to fix it, after 15 minutes, we gave up. I'm a little irritated that we had to keep the wiring and could not get our $15 or so back. If we weren't leaving yesterday afternoon it's the trailer, we would have stayed that much longer. So now we have $15 wiring that we might be able to get $5 back in re-selling it. Not only did we double check with the pictures online, we took our own pictures of the trailer. It worked for what we needed it for. We've never used U-HAUL before; but next time, we will remember not to get the extra wiring kit. And other than that, everyone was really nice and professional.

I highly recommend go else where if your running a business Security 1/5 I had a customer tell me hey man your unit was left wide open for a while day They access data on your cell phone thru the app My first two weeks I barely had any access to my unit They have a wide open fence in the back so someone can just enter sideways from the street The units are not complete units. So there is like a 1 ft gap from the wall to ceiling meaning your neighboring units can take a ladder and crawl into any storage unit thru want. The storage units shake so you'll come in and boxes laying all over the place bc the storage units are flimsy and literally sway with the wind so hope you have nothing valuable stacked up I asked employee if your storage is with out power for 30 days and I don't have access do I still have to pay. She said yes. Major major problems and the girl at front desk is extremely nice till a problem arises and she plays clueless but also says she is basically the owner bc she said she's only one I can talk to you. She verbally lied to me 3 times as a consumer I'll post pictures of how many flaws this place has in a couple of days. Like I said awesome but until you actually notice things is when they become a corporation It's all electronic and good luck with that lol they have zero I mean zero protection for you as a consumer their app is outrageously bad and invasive

Respectful renters and clean facilities…read more I used Space Center Storage for four months during the winter to sell off items left over when I moved. The garage was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and kind. They went the extra mile and retrieved de-icer when I couldn't get my lock to open one very cold afternoon. I was concerned about spending on storage, but I felt good about it because the site is secure and the other renters friendly. I had to meet a lot of people to show items for sale, and no one ever complained or gave me a cross look. Everyone was always very friendly and kind. I only have positive experiences to say about Space Center Storage.

This was the home of my furniture and personal belongings for about a year when I was between jobs…read more Considering how hot and humid KY gets, I decided to store my stuff in a climate controlled unit to avoid mold problems. Service at the office was smooth. Overall the storage unit was good, staff was really friendly and the place was safe. It's especially special when one of the ladies working at the front office knew my name as I asked them to close my unit. If only I could have such a good memory.... :)
