Not only did they not waive the fees they charge for a full month on both ends of the summer storage (college student) and don't prorate. I think $20 could have been waived since the unit was vacated and clean on the 13th of August but paid through month end. Very strict about the policies.

Signing up for a unit was very easy, the prices were cheaper than any other fenced storage facilities in Georgetown, the unit looked like new when we got it, and the security fence around the property made us feel safe when we were there at night. We met the owner one night we were there and he was very friendly and very adamant about keeping everything in tip top shape. If we need a storage building in the future I won't hesitate to go back to them. They are the only storage company I will consider using in Georgetown.

I did pay early the last time I was in and that should not be a reason to move back the date. The due date, no matter the increase, should remain on the 22nd of every month. Money grab.
