I specifically asked for quote for climate controlled when inquiring for 10x20 unit. Was quoted $174 and issued unit. When moved in it was found that it wasn't climate controlled. Went in to address issue and was told that they had a CC but was $85 more per month. Already paid 6mths in advance so figured I'd ride out the winter. After 6mths I went in to pay for another 6mths and was advised that price went up to $228 per month for this unit. Went and found a larger unit 10x24 locally for $143 and moved my stuff. I was not satisfied with unit or service and no attempt was made to rectify situation. read more

Clean and well lit. Gates were all the time breaking down and not taking codes especially at night. I never got back my November rent I paid ahead even though I moved out in October. Guess it's like most rental agreements, it's all gravy till they quit making money. My issue was resolved and I received my overpayment back. I've added 2 stars to reflect this.thank you. read more

Sarah was absolutely amazing when it came to working me during these hard times, she was more flexible than I was expecting or deserved really. Definitely shows you that there still are decent people out there. Only thing keeping from going 5 stars was the fact that it is a little pricey but you do get what you pay for there, very nice and clean units, great security etc... Thank you Sarah! read more

0 stars for poor customer service. Frankfort Twilight Trail property manager is non-responsive and the 800# protects the property manager over the customer. I call or knock on the door during business hours and they don't answer. Then I have to call the 800# and they have to call the property manager and then they eventually come to the door. Meanwhile, I have to wait. Why is the property manager's time more valuable than a paying customer? read more

These guys made it easy for my belongings to be stored even though I was having someone else take care of it since I was out of town. Today was moving day.(who doesn't love moving day ... Ugh) I reserved a storage unit last week…read morehowever due to work I had to change the date several times . I have to say they weren't annoyed in the least that I changed the date 3 or 4 times . The unit was pro-rated because of how late we moved into it . The woman at the store front was super friendly and very patient with me as we've never used a storage facility before . The only thing I can complain about is that when I walked out of the office I tripped over one of the cement bumpers in the parking lot and fell on my face . I'm not sure how I missed that big bright yellow cement bumper coming back out . I'm not sure if they saw me face plant or not and to be honest I hope they didn't . I literally laid on the ground for 60 seconds wanting just to die of embarrassment. Now that everyone who reads this got a good laugh (and it's ok if you did because I laughed to). Anyway back to the review . The storage unit was clean and didn't have any funky odor to it&was easy to find once we went through the gate . The pricing is in my own opinion fair and I don't feel like they price gouge you at all. As much as I'm satisfied with the overall experience I hope we never have to use them again . On a side note I HATE moving !

Renting at this facility has been a total nightmare . I rented the unit and paid for it online…read morebecause I work and I have to work to buy my house and even need a storage unit . Traffic in Lexington is so bad I have not been able to get to the unit before their manager takes off and leaves . So I have paid for. Storage unit and they have my license and all yet won't give me a key code or even take the lock off the unit unless I miss work and come in there e. I authorized my friend to have access to the unit for this very reason and be able to sign for me but they won't do that either . So thanks storage mart it's gonna cost me 5100 to leave work and come sign a paper when I authorized a proxy to sign for me online. They won't even try to work with me either. I called the 1-877 storage number and the lady was awful too she said when it's time to go home they go home and can't wait for anyone that's my issue and problem rude unhelpful and I'll never rent here again

Depressed summer did remodeling at my house so therefore had move everything out put my stuff in storage because I needed a climate control building this was the perfect place the same time we also had my grandparents both sets of grandparents houses that we were breaking up due to passing and downsizing we were able to fit all the stuff in it not having to worry about it and it taking very good care of it ticket secure clean well kept in nice people reasonable price if I had any of it to do over again most definitely will be back if I know anybody who needed needs a place to store their stuff will definitely recommend it thank you all very much read more
