The staff were friendly and kind. They went the extra mile and retrieved de-icer when I couldn't get my lock to open one very cold afternoon. I was concerned about spending on storage, but I felt good about it because the site is secure and the other renters friendly. I had to meet a lot of people to show items for sale, and no one ever complained or gave me a cross look. Everyone was always very friendly and kind. I only have positive experiences to say about Space Center Storage.

Service at the office was smooth. Overall the storage unit was good, staff was really friendly and the place was safe. I pushed back and received a better rate. Not even a year later, my rate is raise 66%!! Rate increases are never announced , at least not for those of us on autopay. I am done with their games.
