I will have to say that was one of the roughest moves ever. Wildcat did our last move, brought two trucks and not one item was broken or scuffed. They wrapped everything in blankets before even moving it through the house. My 3 Sons guys were speedy but did not take any care to any of our furniture. The lift gate on their trucks is very very ribbed and rough (as it should be anti-skid), yet instead of using dollies they would push everything out to and across it, grinding and ripping away at anything going across it. The bottom left rear leg, and corresponding molding was ripped from our wardrobe, the legs of my cabinet were bent and one ripped off. It was a heavy-duty reinforced steel cabinet. Our 3-month-old couch was man handled vs using team work then slammed down on the power adapters and pushed across the floor of the truck with no blankets. (have video) My cherry TV tray tables were set precariously on the lift and then knocked off to slam into a toy cabinet of my daughters. I am extremely unhappy And the company's contact Mitch Boggs is blowing me off and offering $60 per a damages policy that was never sent to me for review, and I certainly didn't sign. The policy to me would be void anyway as this is not just normal moving damages but GROSS NEGLIGENCE and mishandling. When bottoms start ripping off multiple things you'd think they'd stop and think. I pressed them to use their dollies. I didn't find till later a lamp had Its bottom popped off too. We don't buy the finest of furniture but apples to apples I'd say we are out over $300 to replace the wardrobe, $50-100 for the lamp, the TV trays that were knocked off the truck are scarred and they no long snap into place. One lateral filing cabinet they refused to use a dolly and kept dropping it down onto the concrete. I now have lots of legs of most of the furniture to sand and hopefully match the stain. Power cables to find as items I didn't plan to go were unplugged without me present in the room and some I still haven't matched up yet. And we just got the sectional, and it is scarred and has picks and stitching ripped on it to replace back as it was would be several thousand, as instead of team carrying much of it was man handled in a ripping and dropping fashion. I am currently seeking an attorney that will take this issue forward as it appears they are known for this. I wish I had seen some of these other reviews first.

I hired Helping Hands Movers through U-Haul's local labor service. It was an excellent crew, and…read morethey surpassed my expectations. I had two U-Haul PODS to load a 1000 square foot townhouse. When I hired Helping Hands Movers I booked the two hour minimum with two movers through U-Haul. I was hoping they would be able to load my furniture in that time frame. They were able to load the entire house in a little over an hour. They took great care with my furniture and wrapped everything as they were placing it into the PODS. I had already wrapped paper and padding around many of the furniture items, and I appreciated the extra care they took. The fee for the two hours was amazingly low considering all their work and effort in a short period of time. I would book them again or recommend them to anyone.

The day before, the coordinator called and insisted we didn't have a big enough truck (we did) and we needed more people and time (we didn't). First, he said we needed 3 people for at least 6 hours; then he said they had another job for the afternoon and couldn't give us 3 hours. Then he said he wouldn't do the job because it "didn't meet his expectations." This was on a Thursday at 4:00 PM. We needed someone for Friday morning, as the truck was already reserved. Then on Saturday morning, the coordinator called and said they were on their way to help move (wrong number?) We had 2 friends who volunteered to come. We had the 5 heavy pieces and much of the rest of the unit loaded, unloaded and put into place within 2 1/2 hours. I would NEVER recommend this company for any service.

I never leave negative reviews but I am making an exception this time…read more On Saturday June 6, 2026 Two Men and Truck in Lexington, Ky moved a portion of my furniture from 40509 to 40505. The movers arrived around 9:00am. Within 30 minutes of arrival they dropped an Armoire through the wall in my stairwell resulting in a large 1ft x 1ft hole in the Sheetrock as well as several other holes and scratches in the Sheetrock and floor. I contacted Garrett Smith, via text at 9:37am, informed him of the damage and asked if he could provide additional movers to help since the current movers insisted they were unable to move the furniture. The movers were moaning and groaning loudly and complaining that it was "illegal" for them to work since they had already "worked over 70 hours that week." The movers stated that the company was "in violation of laws set forth by the department of transportation." Garrett informed me no other workers were available. He instructed me to text photos of the damage so he could "proceed with processing a claim," which I did. After dropping the Armoire both movers spent nearly an hour sitting in the staircase. The driver assured me that "I would not be charged for that time," however I was. Around 12:30pm, after countless amounts of time spent sitting in the stairwell and standing outside by the truck attempting to contact the company, the movers finally packed "all they could fit in the truck" and agreed to meet us at the new house to unload the furniture. We arrived at the house within 7 minutes however, the movers didn't show up. I called the driver several times, no answer. After about 2 hours a woman from the office contacted me and informed me that truck along with my furniture was parked at the main office. She said the driver was "throwing up" and they would have to find another driver to deliver and unload my furniture. Around 8pm the original mover and a new driver finally completed the job. I was charged $793.05 for a move that was supposed to cost $350 and took nearly 11 hours to complete. On Sunday June 7th the wall was repaired by an independent contractor for $550. On Monday June 8th I hired a separate moving company last minute to move the remaining furniture that they were "unable to fit in the truck" on June 6, 2026. On Wednesday June 10th, I resubmitted before and after photos of the damage along with copies of the front and back of the check used for payment to Garrett via email. He informed me that he would "submit everything to the claims department" and I would receive reimbursement for the damage. After that I attempted to contact him and the company several times, nearly twice weekly, via text and email and phone calls, to follow up on the reimbursement, most often with no response. On Thursday July 2, 2026 I spoke with Mary House, sales and business development manager. She asked that I submit a formal invoice for the $550, which I did. She informed me their insurance would reimburse the claim. Over the next couple weeks I attempt to follow back via email with no response. On Tuesday July 21, 2026 I received a response from Mary House who said she needed to speak with the independent contractor who repaired the damage. At that time my husband called and spoke with her directly and informed her that if we did not receive reimbursement for the damage that week we would file the case with our attorney as well as report the situation to the Kentucky Department of Transportation, the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, and all review sites. Mary promised she was submitting request to the financial department that day and that we would receive the check by the end of the next week, July 31,2026. On July 31, 2026 we still had not received the check. We contacted Mary House via email. She responded with a photo showing that the request had been submitted to the finance department for reimbursement. Today is August 5,2026, two months after the incident, and we have yet to receive reimbursement for the damage they caused. This company has been absolutely horrible to work with. No accountability. Horrific customer service.
