Do NOT trust this store for international shipping. Their staff are either poorly trained or malicious. They filled out the form hurriedly and did NOT listen to my instructions filling it out as they saw fit. This led to NEEDLESS additional charges that only came up once the item was in their possession. UPS would only return it at a significant cost. So they screwed up and then held a family heirloom hostage. I had to pay it, but it will be a COLD DAY before they get more of my money. UPS Customer service blamed me and the store. So ultimately they refused to save a customer and it will cost them a LOT more in the long run. read more

This UPS store is the closest one to us and have gone to it several times over the years for service for various things. We have never had a problem here and the employees are always nice. read more

To Whom It may concern, I was recently in Lexington, Kentucky and had to ship some souvenirs back to California. I went into the ups store number 6383 to have my items shipped. When I received my box of souvenirs,  I was surprised by the way they were packed. Pictures and receipt are attached for your reference.  No packing material, the 18 by 12 by 12 cube was not cut down to save shipping cost and my items were rattling around in the box. I have a regional manager friend in Southern California for 9 UPS  stores that looked at the shipping and was shocked. I got charge extra for cube size and no packing materials.  The box arrived and not was damaged. Pictures were bent and luckily my coffee cup and other items were not damaged. I have had an account with the UPS store here in California for 23 years. I hope you try to compensate me for the improper way my shipment was packed and cost of extra shipping due to the box not being cut down. It could have been cut down at least two sections to save me some money.  Thank you for your assistance on this matter and take care. read more

Can't say enough good things about the employees @ The UPS store on Leestown Rd. Lexington, Ky! They ALWAYS are super friendly, and quick to grab my packages for me. No matter how busy they are ( yep line out the door at Christmas) they still took the time to speak to each person as they walked thru the door! read more

This location is in the Meadowthorpe Shopping Center. When I mapped out the directions, I couldn't for the life of me figure out where there was a Leestown Road location. Thanks to Billy for posting the storefront photo, I found it with ease. It's on the corner of the shopping center, in the same shopping center of the now newly super Kroger. I parked in the easily accessible, close to the door parking space. I walked in to drop off a prepaid postage package and there were two others already in line. Shoutout to lady working the check-in area... she went out of her way, before I reached the front of the line and asked if I needed a receipt for my drop off. Because some might know that if you prepay, you don't necessarily have to wait in line, unless you want a receipt of proof of send off. The guy in front of me proceeded to check-in with his complicated item that he needed a box for. Again, the awesome lady went out of her way and asked him if she could take a second and check-in my item. It literally took five seconds to scan my item and print me out the receipt. Never did I expect to skip line or know how quick the process was, but it was a total proof of her amazing customer service skills. I thanked the man who was initially ahead of me, the awesome no name tag lady, and headed out in amazement. Awesome service and employees do exist! My faith has been restored. read more

Disappointed in the service here. I waited in line forever with two shopping returns. When a second employee finally came from the back to help work the line down, he tried to charge me for printing one of my shipping labels even though my return was supposed to be free. Usually they can scan the bar code, which he was able to do for the first one, but my second package did not have a bar code to scan (which I did not know until I was at the store). I'm not paying for a free return, so I will have to print the shipping label myself at home and take it to another store. I am a boxholder at a store in Tennessee and usually receive much better (and nicer) customer service - I don't think this is representative of the UPS brand. read more

Very disappointed in the service. I took in a Amazon return with the the return code. The employee scaned the code to get a shipping lable then informed me that my item was to big to fit in their return box and I would have to purchase a box from them or box it myself. The directions on the return clear state that I should bring the item unboxed to the store and they will package it and return it. I oppeted not to spend $9! on a box at their store. Now I've spent the last few hours trying to get a new return code so I'm not out $60 for my return. I will not be returning to this location for any of my shipping needs. read more
