I, like everyone else, have gone to countless UPS stores in countless states. This UPS store is consistently so rude, I will now not ever come to this location again. I have also had a UPS box for several years and attempted to have one at this store in the past and had the same kind of experience. I'm not sure what's going on in this place but I have to think it's management when so many of the employees seem so incredibly unhappy and are therefore terribly rude. I am literally driving all across town to go to a different location because I just can't deal with these folks. When one of the primary elements of this type of business is service, if not THE primary element, it kind of sucks when the service is so dismal. read more

This UPS location is honestly the best one I've ever been to. I usually only come here to ship something I've sold online, but I've always had a wonderful experience. First and foremost, the employees are very helpful and friendly. From greeting you at the door to answering any shipping questions, they are always attentive. Also, they are fast. Even if there's a line in the store, I have never waited longer than maybe 5 or 10 minutes. The store provides basically anything you need for shipping. Boxes, tape, envelopes, etc. you can get it all here. Very easy and stress-free for those who have never shipped anything. The location is convenient as it's located in t he Hamburg shopping area. I live and work here so it's easy and fast for me to get to. Parking is easy as well. They have designated spots for 15-minute parking and of course an entire lot for the shopping center. Finally, UPS is very quick shipping. If you need to send something fast, definitely go through UPS. read more

I can easily drive to their store to pick up a package they wouldn't deliver, yet they're closed due to "bad weather" with no notice of when they'll reopen. I also called the store and there was no indication that they were closed. read more

I am a mobile notary & frequently go to this & other UPS locations to ship documents. On multiple visits I have been told they do not have envelopes or boxes to ship my documents (sometimes 300 pgs or so.) I have never experienced this issue with other UPS vendors. Yesterday I was told I needed to purchase a $3+ padded envelope to ship my docs. I thought UPS provided those supplies free of charge? I will drive further from now on to receive better service. read more

Just dropped off a package and was greeted with all smiles and customer service was 110%!!

I needed to ship a package that was already paid for, and called to see if they would print the label for me. They said it was no problem. When I went in the store to do it, I was told I needed to email it to them and pay $2.49 for the email. Then I also needed to pay .12 for the label being printed. For shipping that was already paid for??? Really??? That's just ridiculous. When I said it was ridiculous, I was told that they used to have a customer computer you could pay $3 to use to do it with. How is that better? That just bad policy and bad customer service all the way around. read more

I was shocked by the rudeness of the staff at this location. I had to get my fingerprints done for a background check for my new job. After a very unpleasant phone call with a staff member that could hardly be bothered to answer my questions, I then had a very uncomfortable experience with an incredibly rude staff member. Unfortunately for me, my finger prints were rejected due to them being too light. When returning to the store for a repeat, the same staff member was just as rude and short with me. I actually was crossing my fingers that the prints would be approved so I would not have to face her again. I LOVE my UPS store in Beaumont Center - the type of service you get in Beaumont is a world of difference!! 100% worth the drive to not be treated like dirt. read more

Never had a problem at this store but lately! They charge you 33% more to send a package there than the price quoted online and when I questioned them, they said that was the price and the blonde woman in her late 60s that doesn't know how to crack a smile then glibly asked me if I wanted to mail it? At no point did they tell me that franchisees can charge a different rate than UPS. What??? I felt like I must have been mistaken about the amount I saw online! Felt deceptive to me but UPS did tell me to print up my own label at home and drop it off there with no additional cost. I will never frequent that store again. Heads up to all of you!!
