First and foremost, the employees are very helpful and friendly. From greeting you at the door to answering any shipping questions, they are always attentive. Also, they are fast. Even if there's a line in the store, I have never waited longer than maybe 5 or 10 minutes. The store provides basically anything you need for shipping. Boxes, tape, envelopes, etc. you can get it all here. Very easy and stress-free for those who have never shipped anything. The location is convenient as it's located in t he Hamburg shopping area. I live and work here so it's easy and fast for me to get to. Parking is easy as well. They have designated spots for 15-minute parking and of course an entire lot for the shopping center. Finally, UPS is very quick shipping. If you need to send something fast, definitely go through UPS.

Alana was really kind and helpful. I had a box to drop off and I had a letter that I needed to send. I wasn't sure what to do for the letter and she gave me immediate guidance on what to do. The store was really clean and organized; and I loved that they had a hand sanitizing station with available masks right by the front door. All COVID restrictions were followed to the letter.
