I visited to print a single A4 color page and was told the self-service printer might not work. Without letting me try it first, the staff immediately asked for my flash drive so they could print from their laptop. I felt uncomfortable handing it over because it contains other important files. In the end, I was charged a $1.75 "file opening fee" plus $0.63 for the color print. The opening fee was never mentioned beforehand. It's a small amount, but the whole experience felt a bit strange and left me uneasy. read more

I love this wonderful UPS store! The staff are super helpful and efficient. They are also very patient if you needed time to pull up a return QR code on the phone. Because they are fast and well staffed, there's hardly any wait time when making returns as this UPS. read more

This store's website says they do passport photos. However, when I arrived, I was told they don't do them at that time (4:00 pm). The store is advertised open until 5:00, with no mention that there are limited hours for this service. read more

I stopped by just to drop off a package for a return to Amazon so the two minutes I was here, the clerk I spoke to was nice and fast. The place was clean and it's easy to find parking here as they have a few designated spots just for them right out front. read more

I went in excited to get my package and was complimenting the man behind the desk at several items I hadn't seen before and liked. He very gruffly and loudly asked me what did I need... why did I come in... poor first impression. Not friendly. Not welcoming. No smile . Yuk. read more

The owner of this store (the older guy) is very rude. Every time I dropped off my packages with "Fragile" stickers on, he just dropped/threw them in my presence. He never said hi or thank you, nor showed a hint of appreciation/smile. He also throws receipts at me instead of handing them over and walks away as if customers were annoying him. The way he talks or acts is aggressive. I met another customer in front of their store who complained about him, so I believe I am not the only one complaining. The lady (another owner) and the younger clerk were nice but because of this guy I am giving only one star. I will raise this issue with UPS if the same thing happens again next time. read more

We received the BEST service from this UPS store. In desperate need to have something notarized on a late Saturday afternoon, the store clerk stayed late and took her time as we went over all the paper work needed. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and left with copies of everything in hand. The owner was open even on a very snowy day and was in great spirits. Every time I've come in, the staff has been kind and no long waits. Notary on site and next to the other stores for daily errands. Service prices are not eye gouging. read more

Not only was the service friendly and efficient but they sorted through some confusing custom regulations and helped ensure my package would not be held up in customs or returned by customs. Worst experience with the guys at the store. I walk in at 6.15 pm and ask for notary service, the first store guy says notary service closes at 6pm ( although every where its published 6.30), then comes the next guy who says notary service left for the day. When i asked where its written he makes up a whole new rule "People should call in check before they come". The guys were too lazy to work and wanted to leave home. He could have been honest and i would have understood. Fail! read more

I was having a shipping issue with an oddly shaped item that was lightweight, via USPS I couldn't get the shipping under $57. When I went to the Highlands UPS Store, I met Fannie, she made a custom box, packed the item for me, and got shipping down to $30 with $100 of insurance. I don't know how she did it, but I definitely appreciated it. I will certainly visit her again the next time I mail a package. She was great! She was very friendly, helpful, and personable too. I sent important and urgent package though issaquah highland ups. I sent worldwide saver it is 'Meet delivery requirements with this guaranteed, afternoon delivery service' also delivery in two or three business days to Asia Next day I knew that issaquah highlands ups missed commercial invoice. ( Seattle Customer center called) Finally my package was a delay. the package was delivered 6 days later. I was really upset, but they said to me they didn't guaranteed delivery day and i sent important, urgent package through ups.it was my fault. They are rude, bad service, bad responsibility. We had our mail forwarded from California to the Highlands without any issues and will now have our mail forwarded once again from the Highlands to Canada. Terrible. Two times now, I've gone there to send something and asked for the cheapest away to send it (both being returns to corporations, it didn't matter how long they took). Most recently was yesterday. I was sending a book back to amazon and asked for the cheapest method. The man who was helping me had a name tag with "owner" below his name. He gave me $10-something as the cost and I said, "$10? That's the cheapest for sending a book...?" wondering if it'd be better for me just to hang onto the book and find someone to give it to, rather than spend much of the money I'd receive in return on postage getting it back to amazon. He said "Yes, that's the cheapest." Then it occurred to me that the USPS has the Media Mail option for mailing books. (He knew it was a book because I bought an envelope from him and he watched me package it.) I said, "What about Media Mail?" He tapped a couple buttons on his computer and said, "$6.15". I said, "That's cheaper than $10, isn't it?" He grunted something and we moved on to the next item I needed to mail. A very similar thing happened a few weeks ago with (who I believe to be) his wife. Such dishonesty! Not welcome in this country. I will spread the word (there's another UPS Store 2 miles away...) and not go back. read more

Went to this store to mail a regular 9x12 envelope - quoted me over $4.00 for 1st class mail - and told me 4-5 days delivery time. I decided to go to the post office instead as I was really curious to see how much mark up they were putting on. At the USPS it was $1.20 and yes 1st class is 1-2 days not 4-5, I honestly think they told me 4-5 to see if I would upgrade to Priority Mail. I completely understand that they have to mark up their prices, and I am willing to pay a fair amount, but that much ..... I think not. They are polite and helpful, but seriously need to rethink their pricing. I will not be going back. read more

Every time we go into this store to pick more FREE, supplied by UPS envelopes, or plastic labels they give us grief. Saying they don't want to give us very many, they are incredibly stingy and act like they don't want us to use their service. Meaning they will unwillingly give us 1 or 2 UPS envelopes, we only want maybe 10. It's crazy! I'm sure UPS does not want this kind of bad behavior when businesses want to use their shipping. We will not be using this branch anymore. All of our Christmas shipping, etc will be done at another store. Wait to go Highlands UPS! read more
