    I went there today to drop off a package. Parking was easy. No waiting line. Service was very nice and definitely I'll be back.

    Horrible experience…read more We scheduled an "afternoon" move, in advance. After speaking with Ryan we informed him that we only have the elevator for the new apartment reserved until 5pm. He ensured us it would be no issue since he'd be at our current home between 11am - 1pm. We figured it would work out just fine and he sounded genuine. Fast forward to moving day. We had spent tons of labor boxing, throwing away and cleaning our current home. 11am rolls around and we are excited to get into our awesome new place and have a fun night of decorating and getting everything looking nice. We hear he should be done with his morning job around 12pm and be on his way here shortly after. It's a few minutes to 1pm so we decide to send a polite text to check his ETA. He's still stringing us along saying he's almost done and still at the job. But he's in Lynwood (we are located in Renton) and rush hour is nearing. We figured maybe he could be here at 2 - 2:15 but that's the latest we could handle so we patiently waited. 1:45 comes around and he's still handling the first job with no clear end in sight. At this point we just cancel and catch a snarky attitude for being impatient when they were on course to be at our home at 3:30pm or later. From there they would have loaded by 5pm and been on the road right in the heart of rush hour. Maybe we get to the new apartment by 6pm. We would have no reserved elevator and everyone is coming home at that time so every piece of furniture carries the additional cost of waiting for the elevator to come down and our easy move doubles the hourly allotment it should take. Morale of the story, you get what you pay for. I've now lost faith in movers and am going to move everything myself because at least I know I can count on myself. To the owner, quit letting dollar signs cloud your judgement over customer service. The latter is what leads to longevity in a business.

First text (425-318-1578)message from Ryan @7:48 am letting me know that they were running late but would be there. At approximately 9am (one hour late already) he text that they were waiting on another guy to show up and that they would be about another hour or so. Then about 10:30 am texts and says they will just have to do the job the next day because the extra guy did not show up. Then texts me on Tuesday 9/10 asking if we are ready for them to do the job. I replied back with a few expletives that i will not post on here. Then I receive a call (253-999-5546) wanting to know why we did not want them to do the job a day later. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Run do not walk from these clowns.

The store was not busy, and the employee did not seem interested in helping. A second employee at checkout confirmed the same policy. While I understand stores have policies and existing orders to fulfill, it was frustrating to be turned away for such a small request when the store appeared quiet. (Again, not their fault it's just part of being old.) then I found out how much the tape was and I looked online to see what it cost at Amazon. Come to find out Amazon was almost half the price, I get 2 more rolls and I will be able to get the packing tape by tomorrow. (Same brand, same everything.) needless to say, I left the store and bought it on Amazon.‍‍‍‍
