We want to thank the fellow who answered the phone today to discuss our unusual (odd sized) shipping needs. He was the most amazing dude and really took so much time to be patient, and understanding about the difficulty of having an item with an odd or large size shipped to California. We had called another UPS store and the people were nice, but not as creative and intelligent as this guy. UPS is always wonderful, their drivers are excellent, and we really thank this location for the care they take to communicate with their customers. bsolutely unacceptable experience. I waited over 15 minutes for assistance with a résumé while already seated at a computer, and despite arriving before others, I was repeatedly overlooked. Staff claimed they were 'too busy,' yet continued assisting people who came after me. This level of disorganization and disregard for customers' time is extremely unprofessional especially when individuals are relying on your services for important matters like employment. Because of this delay, I was nearly late for a time-sensitive commitment. If this is the standard of service being provided, it reflects a serious issue with staff training, accountability, and customer prioritization. I would strongly urge management or HR to review this location's operations and address how customers are being treated. I even went in recently to ship an item and they informed me that it was actually supposed to be sent out to the post office, but still helped me package the item at no cost. Many things to improve unfortunately, my sister and my mother mentioned that had a bad experience there at store with their personnel. They shipped a document on 12/26 and when I look for the tracking number in UPS website I am not able to find anything. So I called the store today to see if they can help me to see what happened and of course they also couldn't find it. The gentleman advise he will contact me with the updates once he contacts UPS. At the end of the call I mentioned the person that I believe was the manager about my mother and sister receiving a bad service from the workers at the store, but instead of apologizing this person got offended and defended his workers and hanged up the phone before I expressed all my thoughts and concerns. I use to come to this store pretty frequently. However, after the way I was treated today I will be going else where. Today the do called owner decided to take his frustration regarding tape out on me. He was extremely rude in his comments towards me over some tape! Returning something I had bought through TT and didn't know exactly how. The employees didn't have a clue then told me that my return needed to be in 2 separate packages not one. Came home and repackaged all, returned and I was told that it needed to be in one package. I had enough and agree to buy a box from them. I ended up paying $18 for a box, packing and the service to repackaged my return when the employee had originally told me in needed to be in 2 boxes. The service was poor, employees are just lazy. The employees are so rude and make unnecessary comments instead of offering a solution. I've tried mailing the same thing on 3 different occasions but every time it's a different price. The first time I didn't have a box and they were charging me for packaging but couldn't secure the product so it wouldn't break, second time they said they can't ship anything with styrofoam peanuts in it, third time my box was "irregular" so they were charging me double.... Everytime I come to this place I'm greeted with unfriendliness. Today I walk in and the jackass at the counter doesn't even acknowledge me. I think he was eavesdropping on a conversation in the back room. Though I'm the only one in the store, I have to walk up to him and say hello before he would give me any attention. I just needed to drop off pre-labeled packages and get a receipt. He took them and handed me a receipt without a single word. Not even after I thanked him. I understand the need to make a profit. But $10 for a moving box when your local competition is offering for about $2 with friendlier staff. I stopped by here out of convenience and would have even paid $3 a box. Funny thing is when I called a few other UPS Stores they weren't charging as much for the same large moving box. I have been to this location a few times the past two weeks and they been great. The reason I'm actually writing this review is because of the customer service I got from the Manager Mr. Ved. I had overnighted a package to highlands Colorado and dropped it off at the store. When it was delivered in the morning I got the email and followed up with my client and they had not received it. I called the store and spoke to Mr. Ved and he personally called UPS and got ahold of the mailing facility in Colorado, they in turn reached out to my client My client informed UPS and that he had moved and accidentally gave me the wrong address. UPS then said no problem we will go tonight get the package from the residence and forward it on to your new address. Mr Ved followed up for me and then called me back 15 minutes later to inform me that the package will be delivered to the new address at no additional charge. I've been to a lot of UPS stores even write reviews on some and this is the most positive experience I have had. I saw a lot of the reviews on this store and from my experience I don't agree with a lot of them. It seems like it wasn't the store fault in most of them, people are spiteful and I believe good effort should be noticed and praised. These guys did a wonder job for me and I'll continue to give them my business. I also added a photo of my receipt to the pics for all the negative people out there. read more

Horrible customer service!!!! The business owner obviously makes up prices as he goes because I just read another review on here that he charged $1.50 per piece of tape. He charged me a $1 per piece of tape and that roll of tape probably cost $3.50. Seriously? He wanted my time too... Did not make his customer priority. I had printed the wrong shipping label and instead of being kind because he had neglected his customer and wasted 35 minutes of my time he told me it would be $5.00 to use the computer. OMG. Mr. Neil.... You suck. You should not own a business... You steal money from people. The only time I had his attention was when I told him to forget it and I was leaving.. I came here 5 mins before close. I had a prepaid package with a label that I just needed to drop off, but they said they were closed.

They provide a wide range of services but their customer service needs improvement. I came in to fax one page and when I tried to pay with a debit card, the associate complained to me about how much it costs them to charge a card and that people need to carry around cash more often. I pointed out they don't have a sign stating minimum amounts for credit/debit charges but was ignored. read more

I tried to drop off a prepaid USPS package with them and was told it would cost $1 to leave it. I don't begrudge him for requiring payment for a service, but the UPS store on 34th and 290 already set a precedent for friendly service and allowed me to drop off packages for free.
