Be aware!!! Ups store 2910 on 835 W Warner Rd, in Gilbert AZ has not forwarded my mail as agreed upon under their contract terms. I just received mail and bills from October 2021 and we are currently in mid March 2022. The store even charged me an additional mail forwarding fee to forward my mail from AZ to FL since I still had time left on my P.O. Box rental contract. They would not relinquish nor refund me the unused box service. Unfortunately, the usps would not acknowledge my address change because I was still tied to this box contract. This UPS store has failed to forward my mail in a timely manner and now it's financially affected my financial credit history with these businesses, resulting in collections. (We're talking about mail from Oct, Nov, Dec Xmas card, etc.) I'm learning that it's a crime to knowingly hold mail. I will report this incidence to the Postmaster. I regret ever doing business with this office. :( read more

I usually support local stores in my community, but I have to comment that this store is the worst and should not be allowed to do business in our town. They are dishonest. I went in yesterday in order to drop off a package (Amazon UPS return) and mail three small thank you notes for my daughter. THEY charged me $2.43 to mail three small envelopes and when I questioned the price they said postage went up to .81 cents per letter. Well, being in the corporate world I have not mailed a letter myself for over 10 years, so I thought to myself, "wow, how out of touch I am with the prices, no wonder the post office is going out of business". But, when I got home I cheeked online to see what else at the USPS has changed, and low and behold, the price for a first class letter is .55 cents, NOT .81 cents. They flat out lied to me and ripped me off. You cannot charge more to mail a letter in the USPS than the Federal government mandates. If they are charging a handling fee, they need to disclose that. The AG needs to bust these people for their dishonesty, but bottom line is NO ONE should be giving this place ANY business. read more

I've never done a yelp review, and im big on giving praise not criticism, however this store has disappointed my husband amd i so many times i cant take it anymore. They dont know how to do basic returns, they are nevwr friendly, they do minimal as possible. They tell me they cant do something, i went to the ups store less thana mile away and they did it with ease. If i could give negative stars i would. Ive given them too many tries, and thats mynown fault. Never again! read more

Horrendous customer service. I've seen the sales associates behaving very rudely to customers. And don't even think about using them for passport photos. Every attempt was rejected by the passport office. read more

I have NEVER taken the time to write a negative review and i am the most polite and easygoing person you will ever meet, but the owner (short blond hair) and her cohort are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL! The kids that work there, although they would say it to their faces' agree with me on this one and to many of the customers when they are not around. I heard the owner ask her cohort if she is supposed to weigh the entire packages weight or if she needs to itemize each item and each items weight! And she is the owner! They have absolutely NO knowledge of computers or junior high computer skills and will blame you because they have no knowledge. I will NEVER return to this place as these ladies are completely absurd and rude to EVERY customer that comes into their shop! Trust me, the ONLY positive reviews on here of their business are from the owners and their families. GOOD RIDDANCE! read more

This place should be CLOSED down; demolished. Turned into a Fatburger. The Sales Associates are unfriendly, don't know how to work their own machines (don't bother asking for a key to be made). One lady who wears no makeup or makes an effort to be presentable seemed to have seniority - she was rude to customers while I was being waited on by a trainee. (I don't fault the trainee; in fact, felt sorry for him). A nice great grandmother was in there behind me, excited to send two GORGEOUS Disney gift bags stuffed with goodies to her great grandchild for her birthday. Ten minutes later, she walks back out with the bags obviously unhappy with whatever had happened. read more

Never have I seen a business with such unprofessional staff who care so little about their business or their customers. After 40min of trying to ship a box overnight I was tired of the wasted time and demanded the transaction was canceled. I was read the riot act for my transaction taking them too long and me being to demanding as to want a confirmation number before I left the store - even though I was shipping an item worth over $10,000 and wanted to make sure it was handled properly. I went down the street to FedEx and was helped by friendly staff in a very quick manner. read more

This place has terrible service. Went to make copies and the email didn't go through so they told me to use the computer and print on the other machine. I did and had the attendant help me. The machine kept jamming so it ended up printing a ton of prints. Not only did they charge me for all of the extra prints the attendant printed, they also charged me to use the computer. I will never go here again. I will drive the extra few minutes and use the one at Williamsfield and Gilbert. They are much more professional, helpful and they don't nickel and dime you. read more

Awful service and no care attitude. Don't go there for fingerprinting!! It's a cluster and a service they offer but don't understand at all so they are zero help or actually lie when it comes to the process. Just save yourself time and drive to the next location. I guess to UPS 7 o'clock means 6:50 PM. I tried to make it so that way we could drop off a package at the last part of the day but little to our surprise UPS considers 6:50 PM as 7 PM and they were closed. The 1 to 2 minutes I was there knocking on the door nobody answered. Also 3 to 4 people drove up wanting to drop off packages as well. Who knows maybe UPS will consider my one star review as a five star review. read more

Active price gauging going on at this location. They charged me $26 to ship an envelope whereas USPS was $7 and Fedex was $8. Dishonest store and pricing. I would avoid this place and take your business elsewhere!! read more

Everyone from the staff to the manager, Harold, is warm, friendly and helpful. I did a simple printing job, and was pleased to see that the staff knew every name of the customers who came in to pick up/drop off their mail. It feels like a small town, one stop shop, which is hard to find nowadays and definitely somewhere I'll visit whenever I have printing/shipping needs! NOTE: Their color copies are half the price of Staples, and they were willing to print on my own supplies, whereas Staples said they wouldn't. read more

I have only gone there to drop off pre-labeled UPS packages. I learned the hard way to always get a receipt even if it means waiting in line. Depending on the time of day, they do get backed up. And yes, there is definitely a difference in customer service depending on which employee helps you. read more

The older lady who does the notary here is almost always very rude and unpleasant. Reason for a 3 star instead of a 2 is because the rest of the staff is very friendly and always greets me as soon as I walk through the door. read more

Sent my Aunt a package of family memorabilia because of a death we had in the family, long story short. The box was delivered a day late, damaged when delivered and glass everywhere. I called the ups store I shipped from and they told me to call the 1-800 number to submit a claim. I did that and they told me to call the store back for the end result in 1-2 days. I called on the second day and was told they have no information. Called again on the third day and same story- "we have no information". I called the 1-800 number again to find out what's going on with my claim. They said we can not give you the final result but we did send the store the information on 7/31 (the day after I originally called) and will resubmit again. After given the run around, I called the store (#2910) AGAIN and to relay the info I found out... the employee looked through the junk mail to find out that they had the email ALL ALONG. The end result... ups will not refund me my money back because we did not have pictures to prove. My aunt (the receiver of the package) is in her 70's and has a dog- do you think she wants to open the package to get more glass all over her house and fear her dog stepping in it???? I WILL NEVER SEND PACKAGES THROUGH UPS AGAIN. Definitely not sending ANYTHING from this store at least. read more

Would never use again. Needed to mail via usps. Was told one package was more expensive because they couldn't bend it so it had to go parcel post. Told them I've neve had that happen at post office or other stores. Lady told me I was lucky but this is how it needs to go. Told her if I wasn't in a hurry I'd go elsewhere. I used to patronize this store a lot when I lived in the neighborhood. Service was good then. Today my sister asked me to pick up a package for her there as she was ill. When I attempted to do that the owner told me, no, that she had to see proper ID. I told her my sister was ill, and could she call her. NO! I asked if she could refrigerate it then, No, don't have refrigeration. I left, went to my sisters and got a letter of permission from her as well as her ID. As soon as I stepped into the store the same woman said, NO, I can't give it to you! She didn't even look at the letter or ID. She said she could only give the package to the proper person WITH the ID. I left again, got my ill sister and went back. As soon as my sister signed for it, the woman said "that will be five dollars". I said yet another thing you failed to tell me earlier! My sister hadn't brought her purse, I went out to the car and got $10. The woman started counting out one dollar bills for my change, I told her I wanted a five dollar bill, not a bunch of ones. She ignored me and kept counting out ones. I repeated my request. She yelled at me that my change was $4.45 since there was tax on the five dollars! I told her I thought she needed to be re-trained on proper customer care skills and what was her name. She said her name was Annette, and said "here, you want my business card? I'm one of the owners". I then looked at the two young men working there and told them I felt sorry for them that they had to work with her! They both just dropped their heads and looked at the floor. I got the impression they were scared to death of her! I then asked her if someone could put the box in our car, right outside the door. She said there would be an extra charge for that! I don't know what the five dollars is for. As we walked out the door she yelled at us "never come back to my store again". Believe me, we won't!! read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!! During a recent family crisis, I sent an overnight envelope to my daughter in a nearby state. When I honestly declared its monitary value, little did I know it would never get to her. It somehow "got lost" leaving the store. Store policy is not to send cash through the mail. Employee did not tell me this. Store owner was pitifully poor on responding to my calls - in fact, if I did not call him, I never would have heard from him at all. I have yet to be reimbursed the $52.95 it cost me for overnight "delivery". This store has an "F" rating with the BBB. No wonder! read more

HORRIBLE and rude! This business should not be advertising notary services. I have never heard of a notary refusing to sign something when more than adequate documentation is present. I won't be going back to this store. There are plenty of other Gilbert-area stores that specialize in notary services/shipping & have a friendly, helpful staff. Horrendous! I asked about their DHL service and requested forms to pre-fill before I came back the next day. They looked at me like I was crazy and spoke to me in third person amongst themselves. Then came back to ship and had no clue as to any of the questions I asked as I had never shipped DHL international. Being lighthearted, I said" I sounds like you guys dont ship DHL much..." Response from the associate was most customers know what they are doing!" I didn't take their terrible service anymore and told them they had been abrasive the entire time. After a bit of back and forth...owner walked me out. NEVER AGAIN as should you as well. Dont patronize this place! read more

Used this store on Warner to ship 2 states over via UPS. Paid close to $400 to send large package overnight for an important business presentation. UPS accidently sent the package out of the country. It took forever to get the package back, although we gave them a new address, they couldn't do that either. The package came back to Gilbert (not where we wanted it). We ended up going to FedEx down the street, paid $50 and arrived in 3 days with no problem. The meeting had to be rescheduled. We did not even get a full refund, just partial and that took several attempts. I guess the store charges extra that UPS will not refund, plus they were not successful in intervening on our behalf to have the package rerouted. read more

I have been using this store for 8 years. The service is good, employees are friendly and helpful, and prices are fair.

We used to go to this UPS store quite frequently and had been satisfied with their service, but it has been at least a year since we regularly patronized the place. However, we had a really unprofessional experience here recently. We went there for rotary services for purchase of home which one employee refused to do and handed off to another employee (because as she under her breath, notary services were a pain). This employee could not help us either as "he had never seen anything like it, and he didn't know want to have anything to do with something that had power of attorney on it." I guess we are one of the first people around here to sell a home. While we waited for this man to do something, the employee who handed off our paperwork, tried and failed to scan a document to email and was quite verbal and (sorry) hickish about these "stupid" machines. After looking at all was going on, we didn't want anyone here handling our notary services. Eek - felt like we dodged a bullet. Also, don't think I will be going there for any other services. I felt like my IQ dropped 20 points when I went in there. read more
