If you need fingerprinting for employment registration or a background check, I would recommend…read morechoosing a different UPS location. This store appears to simply provide the fingerprinting equipment for the third-party company offering the service, but the staff take a completely hands-off approach if any issues arise during the process. Since technical problems or questions can occur during fingerprinting, I expected at least some basic assistance. Instead, when I asked for help, I was simply directed to a generic technical support phone number posted under the desk and left to resolve the issue on my own. Based on what I observed, customers seemed satisfied with the store's traditional shipping and mailing services. However, my experience with fingerprinting was disappointing, especially compared to other UPS locations where staff were much more helpful and willing to assist when problems occurred.

However, I need to explain our situation to warn others they may not know when shipping packages, UPS. I needed to ship 2 packages of family heirlooms to my brother from my father's estate. I used home depot boxes and packed everything carefully with bubble wrap and padding. I insured them for what I thought was for lost, stolen, or damaged. When the boxes arrived they were demolished. They looked like they had been retaped to hold together. A few things were broken inside. I started a claim, sent pictures, even comparable replacement cost. Total $300. Figured my $6000 insurance would cover. Wrong. After going to the store twice and costumer service number twice I was still denied for these reasons. 1) they have to pack it 2) it had to be packed in their boxes (they claim Home Depot boxes are for moving not shipping) 3) My insurance was for value not damage (still doesn't make sense). 1) They DO NOT explain why they should pack and use their boxes; it's the only way they will reimbursed if damaged. 2) They DO NOT explain insurance policy and that insurance does NOT pay for damage. Please ask questions when you ship boxes cause THEY DON'T explain anything. And that's why the poor rating.

Parking is no issue as there are plenty of spots in front or to the side given its location in the shopping center. I have also mailed a package out and again experienced zero issues and nothing but friendly assistance. I work in Franklin, so I usually save all my UPS needs for office days so I can pop by this location.

He said they would be back to repair it. Well, the repair was a silver screw to hold the wood piece that was broken off the post and mailbox door doesn't close tight. When there is a heavy wind or rain door falls open and mail is wet. I have contacted this location a dozen times. I have spoken with Cory once and left multiple messages that were not returned. Went into the office and spoke with Eden which I thought was going to help but after multiple attempts, that did not pan out either. As of today 4-9-26, my mailbox is still not fixed. I went in to mail an international letter, and the manager suggested I use the app. I had forgotten one document, so I went home, retrieved it, and returned just 10 minutes later because I preferred to have the store handle the mailing. Upon my return, the manager said, "I told you to do it in the app. We're too busy." There were only four customers and three employees in the store. His response was rude and showed a complete lack of customer care. While at the Publix in the same shopping center, a customer who had witnessed the interaction recognized me and said she wasn't surprised, describing the manager as new and consistently rude. She also mentioned that several employees have left in recent months. I strongly encourage the owner to evaluate the management at the Fieldstone Farms UPS Store in Harpeth Village. I will not return and will encourage others in my neighborhood to take their business elsewhere. I would give zero stars if I could.
