This is the only UPS store I come to. Sometimes there is a small line, but they take social distancing seriously and ask that only a couple customers be physically inside the store at any given point. Everyone here is super helpful and I've never had an issue with anything I've posted. I do all of my Amazon returns here hassle free just by providing the code. Shipping holiday packages from here is also a breeze. If you've had bad experiences at other UPS/shipping stores, I'd give this one a try! read more

We went here on two occasions. The first visit was to return our direct tv equipment. Apparently, direct tv has a contract with ups and Rose was super friendly and assisted us with a smile. We didn't have a packing slip and she explained to us that she'll try to scan the barcode on the equipment to generate the packing slip. It worked. Fast and friendly service is what you can expect here. While we were there, Rose told us they also provide notary service, so I returned again when I needed a notary. Although the notary service is a little more than other notaries I've used, I'm willing to pay the price for convenient service at a convenient location that is open later than other notaries. However, I would call first to confirm when Rose is present, because she the one that does the notary. Overall, my experience here was great and I'll return again for all my shipping, notary needs. read more

It cost me $9 to print a SINGLE black and white one sided sheet of paper because of the computer system they put in place. Instead of just being able to send it to an email to print, you have log into your email, which takes just a few minutes, and charges you insane prices for it. $0.18 print turned into $9!!! I feel so bad for the staff that has to deal with all the angry customers this process has brought in! read more

I had to send a package to Canada and I was totally clueless on how to go about with the process. I came in with my package and Rose basically did everything for me. She is very knowledgeable with her job and super friendly. I also came 20 minutes before closing since it's the only time I could come. Some people would give you attitude for coming so close to closing but not Rose. She was more than willing to work past closing. She even told the two customer behind me that she will still serve them even though it is already pass closing. I am very grateful for Rose's hard work. My expectations for customer service was a bit low, as I thought that it was so close to 7 pm and employees were getting ready to close. Got there at 6:56 and was greeted with a smile. She told me her name was Rose, and chatted a bit while she processed my shipment. She never once let me felt rushed or gave the "Oh crap you are here two minutes before we close" vibe. She told me about the other services the store offered and closed the transaction, again with a smile and cheery good night. After looking to buy printer Ink at two other locations with no luck I was in a pickle and headed to the UPS store as a last resort. I thought they were open until 8pm, turns out they close at 7pm but the door was still open when I arrived at 7.05pm while other deliveries left the shop.
