Great place for all your packing and shipping needs. I needed to send off both a cell phone and a Halloween costume I'd sold online. Employee Alma greeted me courteously and helped find the right packing envelope and box for my goods. They open at 9 am, an hour ahead of the local post office. Sure it might cost more than buying the packing box or envelope yourself and standing in an impossible line at the P.O. but it's worth it if you're pressed for time. Let me start by saying I've never shipped a package out in my life and was dreading having to go through the confusion of doing so, but Rose helped me out tremendously when it came to packing my book up to taping the label on there for me. This store didn't even have a functioning computer. It kicked me off when I was trying to print a return shipping label and charged me $3 for accomplishing absolutely nothing. The store clerk wouldn't help either, even though I was asking him. He just kept claiming he doesn't have access to the computer whatever that means. Why would the sole person running the store not be allowed access to the computer? Makes no sense. I was just asking him to walk me through the steps for using the computer so I wouldn't be logged off again. I thought UPS provided full service delivery services. I guess not. read more

Lady in charge has a bad attitude. I missed a delivery for a package from Amazon and it was sent to this location. My sister accidentally threw away the pick up slip, so I just decided to see if whoever could help me if I gave them the tracking # and my ID but this lady wasn't having it. Before I even finished my sentence she just tells me that I need to contact amazon and blah blah blah. Just called UPS and the guy who I spoke to even told me that all I needed was the tracking # and to show her my ID so I don't get what her issue was or if she just wanted to cop an attitude because the line started getting longer. read more
