Pretty straight forward business. I normally don't ship items but I'm glad to see someone like John who is a worker at UPS to show me the ropes on how shipping works. He is really helpful and I would definitely use this UPS next time. Also, glad to see one here around Eagle Rock. read more

Came here to get our domestic partnership application with the state notarized before heading downtown to the State of CA office. The notary, Rose, was super sweet, helpful, and efficient. Will come back again if I ever need anything notarized! read more

Just happened by this UPS Store after getting notice that I can drop off Amazon return there and they take care of packaging. Was assisted by Rose! She was pleasant and let me know about other services they have, including shredding... and I've been carting around bags to be shredded for a couple days now so it was perfect. Appreciate you, Rose! You were a bright spot in my chaotic day! read more

Most convenient UPS in EAGLE ROCK. Located in a strip mall near the corner of La Roda (Italian Bakery and Taco Bell). Easy parking. The staff: Alma & Rose are extremely helpful. Discovered that you can also mail small packages instead of driving all the way to the post office. read more

Truly exceptional customer service from beginning til the end. Understood rates on packages, associate was very careful but swift. Marvelous work ethic! My wife had used this store once before and I just used it today. Both times we received courteous and prompt service with a smile. The service is excellent. There's parking in the lot and street parking too. Glad to see this business in the community. read more

This is my favorite UPS store. Every time I go in there, the employees are on top of things, meaning service is FAST, very nice, very helpful. They are always wearing their masks correctly and have marked social distance spacing starting at the door. And the store is always well stocked and spotless. Everyone is great, but my favorite is Rose, who is there almost every time I go and is always so pleasant, even as she completes my shipping asap! read more

I've been going to this UPS store the past 8 weeks to print scripts for my sketch writing class. Some Tuesdays, I found myself more excited to pick up my work than to go to actual class just to interact with the warm, helpful staff at store 7002! Rose was so friendly and helpful since week one. She and Will are the most kind, entertaining duo I've ever met in such a setting. I'm so sad class is ending because I won't be by every week, but now I'm going to find random reasons to ship & print just to see my new buddies. Thank you guys so much for your positive, radiant personalities! You've really brightened up my life. read more

Rose, who manages this location, is a super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable person. She makes doing business here a pleasure-

Drop off free returns for Amazon? Great! Super efficient, no touch service. But DO NOT use their print from internet service because it's a huge rip off. It cost me a total of $19 to print 4 pages from an email attachment. Everything about the pricing for the service is a rip off: there's a minimum charge of $3 just to start a session; then it's $1 a minute while logged into the store provided printing application. It took me a full 6 minutes to just get into my gmail account - 10 bucks and I still don't have a single piece of paper in my hands yet. It takes another time 12 minutes for me to access my PDF attachments and print out instead. Try FedEx/ Kinkos instead. read more

Amazing service! John was great. However, they car print .pages documents. Turn them into PDF

Fast, super organized and reasonably priced. Very careful and attentive to detail. Rose is the best!

Outstanding service at this UPS store in Eagle Rock by Rose Fernandez. She was so cordial. She quickly came to the front door to help me open it as I was carrying a large box. Relieved there is now a UPS drop-off location in the neighborhood. We frequently drop off packages here, and the staff (Rose especially!) is always courteous and efficient. read more

The heartache this place has caused me... never go here. I cannot believe the utter incompetence on multiple occasions with multiple employees. I have paid so much money to be broken hearted. Birthday gifts have been lost, let me rephrase this... priceless gifts have been lost, Father's Day gifts have been delayed and ruined Father's Day. The cost of these mistakes is huge on multiple occasions. The third instance was the employee forgetting to return our original passport paperwork from the copy machine and approving a bad passport photo. We were at the passport office after waiting for over an hour only to realize we had copies but not the original. Once I went in a walked out because the man helping me was so rude. I know what you're saying, why go back...? Who thinks this place could be SO bad on multiple occasions?! Why?! It's the closest place and I have a new baby, so it seemed like my only choice. read more

Rose is the best! This location has become my go to spot. It's rare to have good customer service at UPS, but everyone is so lovely here!

Worst service ever ! They were no help at all when asking how to use the self service kiosk ! Didn't get to print anything and when I got home and checked my bank account I realized the kiosk charged me $20 to use it . After the employee in the front assured me it Had checked me out already!! Ridiculous! Now I have to call and complain and see if I can get my money back ! read more
