Nice new clean store. I love that it's conveniently located a few blocks away from my house. I visited the store maybe 3 times for my shipping needs and really can't say anything bad about this place. They also offer PO Box services if thats something you're interested in. read more

I came into this UPS store totally confused about what a UPS driver had done with a package I was expecting for Christmas. Rose and her assistant were so calm and patient and helped me to figure out what had happened. Then they found the package for me (apparently, the driver had decided to drop it off at the store instead of delivering to my address as he should have done--so weird!). The service here is professional and kind. It makes me both happy and relieved that this store is in my neighborhood! read more

I needed to return my text books to Amazon after I finished the semester and I came here to return them. Rose helped me out and it was one of the nicest experiences I had. Rose was very caring and suggested using a padded flat instead of a box to save me money! As a college student I greatly appreciated it. It's clear Rose cares about all her customers! read more

Oh my - couldn't not be happier with the service Rose provided for me yesterday. It's a scary time right now with this virus and her care was fantastic. She made sure we kept a safe distance while she got my package off to where it needed to go. Yes Rose!!! read more

I've always had great service coming into this location, fast and friendly. Rose helped me during my last visit with a couple package drop offs and she was fantastic! read more

I went to have some docs scanned and was told the scan to email had been out of service for 4 1/2 months. Just ended up buying an envelope and had to look somewhere else for scanning. I normally use Fed ex but thought I would use their services. Not real good customer service either. I guess the clerk wished he were somewhere else. If your sending out pkgs this place is okay, but for any office type stuff your better off somewhere else read more

great store, the people working here are very friendly and know what they are doing. plus they are open on sundays.

I love this store. The people are super helpful and kind especially Rose. She took the time to really take care of making my package get to where it needed to go. I even got to put a couple lollipops inside for the child recipient. Her kindness and effort made the trip not a hassle but a pleasure. read more

Best UPS store ever! Rose was so helpful answering my questions over the phone. And when I arrived, the delivery man waited as Rose helped me pack my documents and prep my shipping label. It got to New York in time thanks to the team effort! I've tried many UPS stores and this one is the only one I'll come to from here on out. From parking to service, this place is the best! read more

So glad that this store is open on Sunday. Yesterday I came to drop off amazon packages on the day they were due. I thought that there were no ups stores open, but luckily I found this one. I entered the store, which I must say was very clean, and was greeted by the gentleman at the counter, Hadrian. He took my packages and scanned my qr codes, and that was it! Such a smooth process and I'll definitely use this store again. read more

I love this place! Do not have to worry about individuals stealing from my yard and not be worried that someone might take it is enough reason for me to use this facility. Rose by the way is a complete delight and knowledgeable which makes it easier for myself! read more

I googled UPS drop off locations and found this wonderful UPS store with very courteous helpful people. Was really nice, they were eager to help and glad I came in! Since I had just moved rather suddenly into that neighborhood I realized I needed a mailbox, so it is my go to spot. Will, and Rose greet me by my first name every time I walk in. Also have to mention, when I get my text from amazon saying my package has been delivered, I will get an email from them almost immediately after that says my package is ready for pick up! They make life simple and easy for me and I really appreciate that. Make it your go to UPS store you won't be disappointed and tell the Nina sent you! read more

Rose is the most patient and sweet lady ever! I love this UPS store!!!!!!! Rose & Will are super awesome :)

I recently visited the UPS store in Eagle Rock to drop off three amazon parcels. I'd had a long day, and this was just one of many chores - but the whole experience was so friendly and enjoyable that it made my day that much better. This was partly because of the efficiency of the process, but also because of the staff member on duty, Rose, who is exceptionally nice and a joy to encounter. The whole experience made me hope that these types of shops are not staffed by robots in the future - humans are important! read more

Really sweet folks here, definitely a good vibe. I'm there regularly to ship this & that. A welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Rose was so helpful! Needed to do a shipment and needed a notary. She was pleasant & helped me navigate a mistake I'd made on my forms. She made this a one stop day for me which could've easily been a few - good supplies to purchase and bring home as well. Definitely my new go to for printing, shipping and notary. read more

I always love coming here to return packages. Rose is kind and offers amazing customer service answering all questions.

I came into the store today and I couldn't help but notice how clean it was. I planned to drop off some amazon packages but got a lot more with the friendly associate Hadrian who was working there. He told me all about how the store also provides notaries, mailbox services large scale printing, business card printing, and even key making! I will definitely be coming back to this store in the future. read more

This place is new so I wanted to give them a shout out. The people who run the store are SO nice and helpful! They are friendly and eager to get you in and out as fast as they can. I had an odd-shaped item to ship before the holidays and they worked really hard to find the right box and get me set up. I'm so happy they moved to the neighborhood - AND easy parking! read more

I agree with other posts that the staff is friendly and they probably do fine with your mailing needs-- which is why I am giving 2 stars. I found the manager though bafflingly incompetent. Here is the crux, when you open a P.O. Box, you are supposed to also get keys to the store front, essentially giving you 24 hr access. Convenient right? Not when NO ONE who works there knows where your copy of the key is and when you might get it. It was like a game of hot potato. I came in a total of 6 times and talked to a total of 6 people-- the last one being the manager. So I was relieved to finally meet him thinking I would get my key, especially since I was called by his asst. saying that my key was ready. Instead, the manager said he knows nothing about it and that he had to talk to the original clerk who opened my account. But that clerk told me on my second (out of 6) visit that he was coordinating with the manager. To be clear-- every conversation I have had with each person that works there, from the storefront clerks all the way up the chain to the manager does not know where my key is. If the manager does not have the authority to MANAGE something as crucial as the keys to the storefront door, then who does? How is this a good system? And how is a customer not expected to get upset? I got upset and I'm not proud of that. Good thing though that manager had no problems yelling back at me, cutting me off (even when I was trying to apologize), and, later, hanging up on me when I tried to find a resolution. read more

Rose was so great today great customer service I would recommend you go in when she's working she really took my package into consideration into detail. Great customer service thank you read more

I can honestly say this UPS store had me leaving with a smile on my face because of the excellent customer service provided by Rose. I went in to return a package and not even 3 seconds went by when I heard a woman say hello. Of course, I was the only person there, but she immediately put down everything she was holding and asked what she could do for me. I told her I simply needed to return a package and she diligently started the process to do so. Other than excellent service, she gave me some advice and information about working part-time, who I should contact, and how. Not only did she take the time to fill me in on that information, but she also recommended another place that offered part-time to college students like myself. She also told me that if I ever needed anything to be shipped or any other information about the store, to contact her. This is a great store to go to if you want to go through a hassle free process and if you want to encounter great customer service, Rose makes the store ambience much more positive! read more
